You're right. I was trying to get a filler for Defensive options for Jin since a strong defense makes a strong offense. But Jin's gameplay of spacing can be seen in a way of playing defensively so it's not necessary. the whole "Summary of Defensive Strategy" can be deleted because I thought someone would come up with a few simple ideas of Jin's defensive options but since they're basic to the game it's not necessary. About mix-up/oki: I had as a mention to introduce into video one but after looking at the format, it wouldn't make sense to discuss Oki/mix-up before getting into the combos, LOL! So I'll change my Table of Contents post to make things easier.

Oh, I'm not gonna hit the tutorial with a wall of text, LOL. When I say a "LOT" of information, I mean that as in Jin has a LOT of normals/super moves. The animation of the moves and a short description (a few words and pro-ration info) of the normal/distortion will be on screen. But yeah, this format was put together to avoid a wall of text during the video and having each video under 10-12 minutes at the max.

OKAY guys, I've got a whole 10 days of absolutely nothing to do, I'm ready to roll on this tutorial video! After looking at a few character Tutorials from various fighting games over the past 3 weeks, We should have at least 2 separate videos. Video One: - Character summary, drive ability, pros/cons. - General strategy and helpful game-play mechanics. - Normals/specials/distortions/Astral (including their Pro-ration rates and vital information a well) Video Two: - Basic/practical combos (Include their damage and heat gain) Mid-screen Meter less Standing (3-5 combos) Mid-screen Meter less Crouching (3-5 combos) Mid-Screen 25 Meter (3-5 combos) Mid-screen 50 Meter (3-5 combos) Near/In corner Meter less, Standing (3-5 combos) Near/In corner Meter less, Crouching (3-5 combos) Near In corner 50 Meter (3-5 combos) Fatal Counter (3-5 combos) Character Specifics (Tager combos/Makoto's janked hitbox/etc...) - Reset routes and gimmicks (Only the basics of resets/gimmicks, let's not overload the new guys with too much) - Summary of Offensive Strategy Pressure Option Selects Neutral Mix-ups and Okizemi The reason why Video Two has so much content on paper is because Video Two will primarily be filled with combos and give brief discussions on the other subjects after the combo display (fairly quick stuff to cover). Video One is sort via listing because you have to show a LOT of information about Jin's normals/supers/distortions and have the information up long enough so the viewers can read it w/o having to pause it every 5 seconds. Creating the tutorial this way avoids our video from being 4-5 different videos on YouTube. The chapters can be broken up into annotation links on the YouTube video so if someone wanted to look at a specific part of the tutorial, they can just click the annotations at the beginning of the video and hop straight to that portion. I would love to have you guys post the viable information here so I can rip it out from this thread and apply it to the Tutorial. I can look up the Normals/Supers/Distortions/Astral (w/Pro-ration rates) on the wiki. I just would like to have the rest of the collective information gathered in a single post here (once everyone has agreed if the information is viable to the tutorial) so it's much easier for me to put this together and work my magic for you guys. Let's get it done!

Oh geez, I am not feeling Netplay ATM. It has brought out a monster in me that almost made me quit BlazBlue this week altogether. But I took a break for a day and now I'm OK lol. Wait, this makes no sense, how is it a trap? Kinda curious since it sounds pretty lulzy if you ask me.

Either way, I'm glad you're interested in coming out to play, once again; Welcome! The venue is roomier and the people here are really chill, I've not been to most places where the scene welcomes an air-dashing community with open arms and openly discusses things about the game with them if they find something interesting. Right now, I am hosting the BB Casuals next Saturday at Nickel City, that is the venue this month and most likely for future gatherings. I will be there next week Saturday and I'll bring 2 setups, a PS3 and a 360. It is encouraged that people bring set-ups if possible so that things can run smoothly. I have it on PS3, add me if you like. I've been confusing the hell out of a lot of people because of my double accounts. Now that my ShinSyn account has been fixed (Someone got my banking account info and no it wasn't from the giant hack from awhile ago. Also, trophy Sync issues...) I would love to go back to it. The problem is that everyone already knows me for playing on "TheNobleYellow" so telling everyone that "TheNobleYellow" won't be played on anymore would be a big pain in the ass for all of those who added my new account and deleted my old one unless everyone on my friends list is cool with that. I'll just add something on my XBL tag to make thing easier this time around. I could easily get DW7 as well, I have no idea why I don't have it yet... Also, if I'm not doing anything on Sunday, expect me to sign up tomorrow.

GG's to Nineball and LostSoul the other day. I really wanted to try and learn the Ragna Match up but I guess Nineball got bored of bodying me with Ragna so he switched to Jin... after that I just switched to my subs as well.

I kinda lost my hype for SkullGirls ATM but I'm sure once the game comes out, I'll be back on it. I'm just tired of waiting personally. Also, if you're talking about this Friday, I should be able to hop on the 360 and join you for a bit. Just let me know what time you're gonna be on tomorrow or heck, I'll just send you a Friend Request over XBL. This is a good idea, also I'm trying to get someone else from Wisconsin to come out here. He's one of those Undercover Top Players on netplay, if you've heard of the name DinDragmire. He is quite possibly one of the strongest Hakumen players I've fought against next to Spark and having him in our scene would benefit all of us. I'm going to continue to do some research to see what it would take to get him out here and how often could he make it.

I was living in Virginia when that happened. So you might as well include EC too lol. I've been grinding and working on my execution issues with Jin as of late, so I can play my best when the time comes fot PowerUp. I've always come close to getting first but I could never get it so I've been busting my ass to make getting First a reality. I would be pushing for first in KOF too but I know Sparkster is gonna be there and I don't have a chance in hell beating him ATM, lol. One day i will but not right now. EDIT: I didn't know Jin was black and had a command grab that chokes a bitch.

Yo damn, that would have been tragic had it happened, glad he didn't go through with it. My experience was a little different: I had Thanksgiving Dinner with this girl's family. Her mom was chill, her dad didn't speak English and her uncle and brother were cool with me. Her sister was nice and her sister's BF was anti-social. We sit down for dinner at the table and that's when the BS happened: - Mom Serves us all our plates - Mom get's to the sister's BF - He looks at the Duck on his plate and asks "Is This Cat?" - The room becomes silent... I tried to go home at that moment because it was too awkward but got chest-palmed back into my chair and her dad said "No, you stay here" that was the ONLY BIT OF ENGLISH he spoke that day! I thought I was gonna die, but her dad, uncle and bro took that guy out back and I heard the most bitch-made scream I've ever heard in my life. They came back as if nothing happened and went to the bathroom. I saw blood on the dad's cuff of his shirt and got scared because I though they killed him. That guy never came back into the house and when I left that night, dude's car was still outside... I never went back to that house.
