You play Tao, you will press buttons, I was just DP'ing when I thought you would press buttons, and I was right 90% of the time. I didn't start off DP'ing like crazy until I realized you were going to keep pressing buttons on my wake up. I felt like shit when I won with Ragna so I just stopped playing him and went back to Jin. Don't worry, my Ragna is scrubby anyway.

GG's to everyone I played in Player Rooms today. Yes he is. I was in a room with XDest and every time I picked Ragna, I won. I couldn't get it done with Jin either. Also, I think I may need a new PS3 converter because I had a lot of dropped C's today...

Wow, this makes me sad. I will never be able to defeat him now... What's worse is that this is week one for him. He's literally the ONLY player I've never been able to beat on PSN.

Jin's Ice Arrow Super > RC > Taunt FTW (I've never done this because it is not noble and I represent the Nobelist of Yellows Dumb question but is Nineball scarier in this version than he has ever been? I mean Ragna is good now and Nineball skill is just... I can only imagine the horror it is to stare that beast directly into his eyes.

Well, since I have found a way to get work off for that weekend, I'll gladly get bodied for free and play GG if that means you'll pick me up from the Greyhound.

This is not a rage-post, just good old advice from one player to another, so don't take what I'm going to say personally: This here could very well be your issue. I see you posting up about playing Lambda, then one day I hear you playing Mu-12, then a week later I heard you were playing Relius and I heard in the Rumor mill (not sure if this is true) that you were playing Noel? You need to stick to one character until you get them down because you're gonna continue to be inconsistant with that character because you're not sticking to them during the learning process. If you main Lambda, stick with Lambda until you get to a level where you feel like you're good, then move on to other characters. You're putting your time and effort into your main then when things don't work out, you wanna main another character the next week. Your growth is being stunted because of the constant flip-flop from character to character, so you're constantly stuck in the learning process and won't understand how your character works. This is what you need to do: Sit down and think about what character you enjoy playing the most (this doesn't necessarily mean who you win with the most), then stick with that character and learn them. Do not switch up until you feel as if you're completely comfortable with that character (This doesn't necessarily mean "Master" that character). Once that happens and time goes by, with taking your wins and holding your losses, learning from your losses and playing in a way you're comfortable with, you will see the major growth in yourself. Hell it worked for me in Extend. I did not play Bang (My sub) until I felt I got Jin down, and I've done this every iteration of BlazBlue and it's put me on notice, hell, it's put me up there to even have been considered to be a Jin mod so the work I'm doing is being recognized. Stick to one character until you feel comfortable, and watch what happens.

I kinda got slammed with homework this weekend so the chances of me making it out there are slim to none. Though If I do get enough of it done, I'll do what I can to get out there to Nickel City and get some games of KOF in. I've been talking to the guys in MI about showing up for UFGT8 and it's looking like they might be able to show up. Funds for them is the issue ATM but it may not be too big of a deal as the date comes closer. I'll keep pushing for these guys for a guaranteed yes so that we can have a reasonable amount of entrants for BB. EDIT: I really want to host the Monthly at Nickel City on the 30th to give it a shot with the few guys that showed up last month, it has much more room and EVO monitors to boot, also it's cheaper and you'll pretty much save the amount of gas getting there than to go to Ignite and spend the venue fee there. We've got 2 weeks until the 30th, the day of our next meet, make your plans to get here and tell me what's what. Who can make it, who can't and who needs the address; the usual. Looking forward to seeing you guys there!

GG's Toan, Haven and Minoru Really the only person missing in the group was Moy, we would have had all the relevant netplay Jin's of Dustloop in one room, lol. Kept getting random input drops when fighting Minoru but it's all good, it's netplay. I did do well in the other matches I had so I am OK with this. One day, I'll have all 4 of us in a room and I'll have to do some recording of it.

I feel a little better and I made progress on some homework earlier today. Hit me up with an invite Toan.

I know it doesn't help that Moy wasn't teaching you the match up but sometimes you gotta make the opponent play the match up and if you're not going to do things that makes him play the match up, he's not going to do it.
