Just want to post to say that you can dump a charge by going from 4 to 6 and then if you let the stick go to 5 the charge is neutralised. So assuming you want to do 6B from crouch block you can do [1]656B to get it.

Yep. You can shake out of guard break. If you get hit or meet a wall (assuming no wall tech) before you shake out it will combo though.

Huh. That's nice. There's times when I drop jD Fenrir because I totally forget the timing. (I play this game very sporadically these days.) Will probably start doing that as well. The less I need to think about doing my combos the better. Lol. It's part of the reason I play Noel.

The tier lists are drastically different because they're mostly based on the strengths of people the guy plays. Considering how much variety there is in the game it's not unreasonable to think that different geographical hotspots will have different things they consider strong.

You stand on top of a plant and it gives you certain effects. For example one of them will give you meter. I don't know what all the flower effects are though. The main reason people use it is the beastly projectile that covers a whole bunch of the screen. Which is like even more useful in this game because of the prolific use of homing dash.

I might have to try it someday since comboing crouching characters in drive is still annoying. But long drive combos give my brain a big brain fart.

From what I can tell. Drive is nearly useless against Taokaka if you throw it out of nowhere. You need to anticipate what her blockstrings are and figure out where you can place 2D/4D and 5A to hit her out of them. For example after j2D (I think?) if she mashes 2A you can use 2D to net yourself a combo. Noel's counter assault is naturally also pretty useful here. I still haven't figured the matchup out yet though and it's one of those that gives me the most trouble right now.
