  1. So I'm looking at the changes, what's does "bloom trigger slide" mean? Is it her old 236D?
  2. lol, yea feel free to unsticky this guide, the info is like 3 months outdated probably. Haven't really cared about BangBlue for a while actually, and I probably won't care for it when the update comes out either. GL to dragontamer and his crew of stronger Noel players.
  3. Don't get salty now Kyle :p
  4. You have two d. 6b's in your combo. Just cut the second one out completely and you should be good.
  5. The best advice I can give is to learn some basic Bang pressure strings so you know how to instant block them. If you IB his TK D Nails you have frame advantage, enough so that you can mash drive to CH hit him if he continues to try and pressure. Other than that, this MU sucks. His oki options and his ability to combo into daifunka from basically anything, and his 5a, gives Noel a very hard time.
  6. Good times, good times. I must admit, when I first drove into Inglewood and pulled into the casino and saw three cop cars zoom past me, I was skeptical about the venue. However, it turned out to be a pretty chill place. A 5 dollars well spent and worth the hour drive. Good games all, hopefully I see you guys at FFA this weekend. It was nice that there were new players interested in the game.
  7. Tentatively a yes for me, not the most amazing player but I'll support the community. Lets see if more folks post up in the next few hours... Worst case scenario I'll just 1v1 zong for 4 hours lol...get that carl matchup down.
  8. Coming from a Noel players standpoint her 5a frame traps really aren't that good. Just randomly instant block any 5a and just jump out of it. It's a good idea to try and zone Noel out with lobelias, but watch out for spacing. Noel has one of the fast run speeds in the game, and if you whiff a random B/C lobelia at the wrong distance you will be punished. If you want to go on the offensive against Noel, please be aware of Noel's D attacks. I know Rachel's love trying to fish for a combo with some random 2a, 6a, or 4b hit. Keep in mind that Noel has good counters for all of these moves, and that one lucky 5d hit from Noel can easily take 4k+ damage from you. What I would suggest is to always have George covering you before you attempt any sort of offense. 2c is a good mashable move to use during Noel's drive mixups, but Noel players can easily just rapid out of a drive starter attack, bait your 2c, then proceed to haida loop you for half your health. Keep an eye on Noel's meter, if she has 50 heat proceed to 2c with caution. It's an even match-up. If you press too many buttons Rachel will get owned, but if you're patient Noel really can't do shit.
  9. Yea, now that I think about it...if she has that much frame advantage/block stun on her drives then you shouldn't be able to just hold up+back against drive block strings the whole time. How did you calculate these frames?
  10. So say opponent is mashing DP after you do 5D. If you do a follow-up d. 5a will you land a counter-hit?
  11. Is it just me, or is Mu's overhead really fucking fast? I haven't managed to react block it at all.
  12. Limekey went back to Guilty Gear to qualify for SBOs. Smart man. BTW, everyone online sucks.
