How about battling Gilgamesh after you get all his event scenes? I think you need to clear some dungeons in 000 to get the last report with him.

It's still helpful, thanks. Much better than trying to describe it with words. Then why am I keep jumping too high over them? It seems that my timing is off, but with what exactly? Am I hitting the second jC too late or something? -

Well it doesn't say so in the move list. I get j2C most of the time instead, though it does seem to link right after 6C lifts you up. Indeed, it does work now that I try it. Thanks. Another problem that I have is that I whiff the second jC in the hammer loop on some characters, like Lambda and Litchi. Do I need to use the regular jump on them, or is it just the matter of timing? Also, do I understand correctly that you should only go through the loop twice, leaving one charge of hammer and enough time to finish it with 632146C, recharging it? -

Wait, how the hell are you supposed to link 6C into 22C? Not only does Plat become airborne (while you can only use Falling Melody on the ground), the enemy is not lying on the ground for you to hit him. What exactly am I missing here? -
Chaos is no longer an AP fountain he was before, because most of his attacks now have higher priority, which means that you must dodge them until you get enough Brave (sometimes it's up to 9999) and land an HP attack... three times in a row. Some other ways of getting more AP are Diamond accessories (give you up to 400% more AP, but break after use) and Diamond equipment set (which doubles your AP, if I recall correctly). You can also equip the same move 2 or 3 times to get that much more AP for it. I'd also recommend First Strike and Pride of Glass (or how is it called in English) as perfect abilities for getting enough Brave for AP chance. You may also try such booster accessories as HP 100% (both your and your opponent's) or "Brave higher than its base value", maybe basic accessories that give you Brave when you block or dodge (though I always go for straight damage).

I thought it was an obvious golden Faust reference, who always throws out meteors. Yeah, but Ragna also heals. Even with PSP graphics, Plat's sprites are hilarious, badass and cute all at once. Kinda like Makoto. Check out her air hammer drop, stagger animation and Dramatic Sammy dash, if you can (because I'm too lasy to take screens right now). Oh, and DAT NIA PALETTE! -

Well, I simply can't play on my PC as often as I do on my PSP, so I guess you can consider me an exception? The best time of the year has finally come. I can finally post something relevant here. After I have a good round with Plat and new Tager, of course. -
If it's ruining the game for the "competitive" players, they will turn it off in their matches. The rest of the players just don't care. Doesn't its EX mode decrease cooldowns instead? You certainly can link its HP moves together in EX mode, but I'm not sure about the actual cooldowns on the moves.

I'm probably super-slow, but this is the first time I've seen a bell there.

Tried the Skill ruleset, and the enemies fight naked, too. Well, it's still an excellent ruleset if you want to fight your under-grinded friends.
-
Hmm, it just occurred to me: does the Skill rule set actually remove equipment from your enemies? If it doesn't, does that mean that you can still get ingredients and all that stuff? Man, that's perfect for my Gil-starved self. Totally gonna try it out today with one of my mastered chars.

Damn, it seems that my US Dissidia save got corrupted a while ago. Seems I'll have to download one of those maxed saves to enjoy the game properly. Even though it feels like cheating, and I won't be playing my characters. Still, it's better than to grind PP and AP under the new rules, and I still have all the new stuff to master at my own pace. Imo, the best place to earn KP is the 000 story. Not only do you get hundreds of KP in a single dungeon, you can also double them with moogle statues and KP Up abilities. And, if you're in the mood to abuse the system, set the game rules in such a way that it won't be hard for a level 1 character to beat these ultra-hard dungeons. I don't remember the exact rule set, but there was a guide on Dissidia Forums. And there is always the ultimate accessory set to find... Oh, and you don't have to fight the villains with their respective heroes to unlock the cutscenes this time. The only bonus that you get by doing so is a unique intro dialogue right before the battle.

You just have to buy the 000 Story mode in PP Store after you finish 012. Speaking of Ultimecia, I'm still disappointed that she lost her "Russian" akcent. Maybe because I'm Russian, myself.

Well, there is an artist name in the video description. Just search for it on Pixiv, and there you have it. Although the artwork that he put on his account contains all the characters mashed together, so it's pretty hard to cut out the exact characters you want.

Hmm, I prefer this Blazblue-Dissidia crossover, actually: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZ4DTvwf8t0

No it doesn't. Which is pretty sad, as my friends will probably get the EU version, but the original Dissidia version I played is US (and JP, of course, but no one wants to get that).

Hey, I like Prishe's voice. It sounds about the same, which is better than English Zidane or Kuja. The same goes for Gilgamesh, though I'm still not sure if he's still voiced by DiMaggio.

Hey boys and girls, it's random moogle time! http://community.livejournal.com/ffchaoticcosmos/386797.html

Wouldn't Kenshin fit better?

Well, you can "burst" at any point of hit stun (and even guard stagger, when the attacks clash, for example). It's just that HP damage is dealt instantly, and there's no point "bursting" after it's dealt (unless, of course, the enemy has an Assist gauge to continue the combo). So, because some HP attacks aim at you even after you "burst" out of the Brave damage part, the safest bet is to "burst" right before the HP damage.
-
You just need to remember the exact moment when the attack hits your HP, and escape right before that. I had so much problems escaping OK's HP links and Golbez's Sector Ray before figuring that out.

It's saved in its own format, but the game can convert it into .avi. I think there was an option for LQ and HQ conversion, as well. Speaking of replays, I should upload some of my replays, too. Too bad that I have no one to play with yet (as all of my friends wait for English release), so the games may be a bit boring with AI opponents. There is also this incredibly curious Gabranth video I have lying around since the first game, but I want to learn some video editing before uploading it. I also need a certain TTGL episode to make it even more hilarious

Damn, they're using the HAKUOWLO spelling everywhere. It hurts my brain.

There is, she's just lying on her back, hiding her anime hair.

I blame the fact that he's actually voiced by Basch in Dissidia. His original FFXII voice is one of the best voices I've ever heard in RPGs. That lisp, that small helmet echo, that HATRED THAT DRIVES ME...
