I'm more on the defense against an opponent and her normals are slightly below average. What's the best way to get in instead of always being on the defensive?

Take your loss with stride and come back for more. I enjoy losing if the match is really good, it allows me to seek out what I'm doing wrong and plan other alternatives against them. When the blood is good you can take 10 losses but you gained something out of each fight and you go about your way improving on it. Those were training methods against some of the strongest players I ran against in my time, online or off. I'm confident to say that my neutral, hit confirm, and abare are pretty devastating with what I taken over the years as a Ragna player and the few subs to follow after him. Anyone have and good high or low options when getting in on a defending opponent? Like three jump-ins you're comfortable with to continue the pressure and three neutral/ground to continue pressure. What's your game against a defending opponent. Mashed with her a little bit two nights ago but due to the military I couldn't practice with her over the time and now I'm back in the lab again and her options seem pretty poor unless I'm doing it wrong. I had a feeling I would be playing her one of these days and I would like the help if possible.

If you're mentioning the Soutenjin corner counters I can definitely bait them because we as Ragna players normally give them away. You can say I kind of lost the thrill of baiting them since I don't have BK to buffer after the C moves. Maybe I'll start counter with ID at that point. match-ups are really new in this game. We need to start discussing them if anyone wants to stand any kind of chance against the competition. Last night all my losses were against Hazama player that properly knew how to mash their neutral game into jC loop, 10 losses and that's from 3 different hazama players. Other match-ups are more or less experiment and just learn from it I guess but we definitely need to open up that section.

I see how it is. All the Noel players hang out in the US while they're like super rare over in the JP/KR area, though I think the majority I'm up against are JP players since a good chunk of KR players are either addicted to LoL or Starcraft, I work these guys daily. They don't know what a fighting game is. Looking for an efficient sub and Noel makes the cut out of 5 others I attempted to play with so hopefully there's enough room for a scrub like me to join the team. I mashed with her back in CT as a main before I settled for Ragna and never touched her again, so excuse me for that one. What really led to me to learn her was her new design. Its about damn time she got rid of that beret! Now she's *slurp" ready for the main course. I have equipment and playing with Noel in the training room for now. She hasn't quite got enough real competition and I can truly say I'm not comfortable enough to put her up against the folks yet so her best friend is the training room with a lvl.100 com or just standing still and doing nothing as I feel out the movement and what proper follow ups. I think I'll post one video of me using her next week but don't expect nothing to legit so soon.

Work on my 5C mix-up to an extent is where I need to work at since I realize I'm doing special or super right after it. TK Blood Scythe is pretty hard on the pad so those winded ones come out when I least expect them and my attempts to keep the pressure up. I'm not familiar with Azrael move list or follow ups so I'll throw him in the lab to see what you're trying to say, much of his movement is telegraphed if you ask me. passive play was never my thing but I realize you're right. Against a more competent Tager player they can punish normal blood scythe quite easily, I don't think I was hanging onto any heat so I was really disrespeting the player no matter how you look at it.
