I gave my rant to Than about how I feel about both jobs and quite frankly Target is full of shit, only thing keeping me there right now are the co-workers that havent left yet. I think I just need a non-retail job :x

Hes quite the monster isn't he, I play him from time to time and no matter how much I look up on the matchup its still an uphill bout for me.

GGs Deadliest, Leonil and Toan. Truth be told I haven't played the game in a while (before SG came out) only recently have I begun to brush back up (but regardless I'm still bad so feel free to call me out on things I'm doing wrong :p)

Added to this I'm looking at a manager-ish (SGA) position at Gamestop and thinking about calling it quits at Target (Ill probably put in an LOA so if things go south at Gamestop I still have Target as a backup)

Yo take first place at CEO 2012 :p Quite the write up, I was a bit overwhelmed to reply but I got over that lol. I suppose Ill take bits and pieces I feel as if I have an area to reply to and Ill start from top to bottom. I can definitely understand your point of view, I still realize I have trouble prioritizing damage off odd pick ups (ie: Noels d.6C against an airborn opponent) and I definitely need to work on that. I feel like I can't relate and response properly to this next portion because of how different characters are in Blazblue, I suppose I should be going to the Noel boards for everything in that regard (and by that I mean everything mentioned in paragraph two) That is something I definitely need, needless to say I do not have a training partner offline (nor do I have a consistently one online) and if I were to "train" with anyone I from who I do know I feel as if I'm only learn things specifically for the match up and not anything universally I can use against the rest of the cast (I mostly play Ragna's so I feel as if any "ideas", "strats" and such would be specifically for just for the Ragna match up ... I could be looking at this wrong as well) Maybe I didn't catch it within your large post but what fundamentals do you feel someone so know, in air dashers and fighting games in general. lol again I wish there was a comprehensive write up on fighting game theory, I feel as if it would help me alot.

I disagree Josh, some people pick these things up pretty quickly ... they may not be as fluent at veterans but they start understanding fighters faster than others who started at the same time as them. For example LunaKage our Noel moderator, I believe he started playing with BBCT (just as I did) and hes much more knowledgeable about them then I am ... I want to know how other peoples mindset works when they are placed with all these things and how they became who they are today. I feel as if Im obviously looking at fighters incorrectly with how little I feel like im progressing. Thank you Romey for your reply and that brings me to another situation, I don't know how to utilize training mode for match ups ... if possible can you give me one example of how would test something in training mode ? I don't know frame data or theory fighting ...

Adonis I've always wanted to ask you questions so I suppose I'll do it now since you're helping Joshua here. I can't find the right words for my questions so please bare with me and I'm sorry if these questions throw you off. How do you approach a new fighter or how do determine what you need to improve on with yourself in a fighter ? I feel like sometimes I'm just wasting time practice various combos, looking up match ups and playing online against players whos skill levels are unknown to me. Also if you had a completely new player placed in front of you who was just flat out bad at fighting games what advice would you give them, where would you direct them, what fundamentals do you feel are the most important that every player should know ?

Remember how hyped up people were about 3rd Strike Online Edition ... who plays it anymore today ? :p Depending on when in the summer it comes out I think will determine its life span I think Persona 4 Arena will definitely be the game players will be on when it comes out, I can see GG replacing BB until its direct sequel comes out but there's also the possibility of veteran players overwhelming those new to the game and discouraging them to even try. Just my thoughts, I'm going to shut up now.

Honestly wouldnt want you to waste your time and gas for tomorrow ... it isn't worth it. Hold out for CEO de Mayo or Storm Underground 5 ... use your gas towards a full day tournament instead of a short casual session IMO.
