I'm having the same problem right now. I do the jc, but the staff won't connect the hit. I managed to do the combo without the jc, but with it I'm having even more trouble >.<

I also thought Noel in CS strange. In fact I'm already training more with Litchi, that was my sub in CT. Still I would like to play more with Noel when the game release for consoles.

Fisrt of all, great post. I will surely be a great aid. Sugestion: Post some videos if possible. The theory is always important but to actually see the combo can be useful too.
