Sorry for the late reply, Spring break ended, so classes have been a pain. Anyway, I've heard people talking about re-balancing for the console version of CS. I am hopeful to get Rachel to at least mid-tier, but I somehow doubt they will bother to make any changes. Then again, there is a good amount of time between here and July. As for SSF4, I personally think it's gonna be the exact same thing as SF4, but with new characters. I mean, all that they are doing is playing off the how nostalgia thing, which is nice, but I want the parry system back. Regardless, I was a huge fan of SF3 and I used to play Dudley. The fact that he is back has me pretty hyped and I'm a sucker for these sorts of thing. So once you get it, we can have some matches and probably complain about how much it sucks. >>; No, seriously, I have a feeling I'm gonna want my money back. But you know, it's worth giving a shot and if it's good, I will probably play it till CS comes out.

Um, I guess you would be. But you really shouldn't pick a character based on their tier ranking. Plus, you win plenty as it is. I must sound like a hypocrite, but I picked up Rachel back when she was shifting between A and S. Her style in general appealed to me, not tier placement. So, pick up a character you feel comfortable with. I mean, I highly doubt you regret playing Tao, right? Same reason why I want to play Carl and Hazama later on. Maybe Mu-12, dat ass.

Yeah, I always have trouble against Arakune. Hopefully we play again some time. Though it feels more like I spam Rachel's toolbox most of the time against Arakune. I guess that's how the match-up works.
