What do you mean? All I was saying was that training mode helps you learn your own character and what he/she can do in certain situations. You can't learn matchups if you don't fully understand what your character can do. I was speaking for people who don't have access to an import copy or isn't able to come to Gety on a regular basis. Actually, Gety doesn't help too much

I think we need a console session since those are generally much better for learning than playing at Gety. Also, a lot of players need training mode, which won't happen until the US version of Extend comes out in February. People need to learn matchups, but before that they need to get comfortable with their own character first.

The problem with Relius is that he can't make his doll do high\low moves while he himself is doing a blockstring, like Carl does. The doll's only high\low moves are specials which require Relius to do a pose, so he can't do anything to keep the opponent still. So, it is up to Relius alone to do mixup, i.e. 6A overhead, jump > airdash into high or land into low. This isn't really great mixup to me.

The only part of me that's bishounen is my hair >_> Also, GGs today. I don't know if Friday Gety is good for me anymore, since i have classes from 9am - 6pm with only 1 break at 2pm. I'll probably be totally burned out every time I go to Gety T_T One more thing, the father and the son are way more fun than Jin ^_^

It's not in Florida, it's in California. The finals are in march but you need to have a qualifier before you're allowed to have a spot for a team. Xie (the Plat player who works for Aksys) asked master kou about setting up a Canadian qualifier.

I find that K2 speaks quite a bit IRL, just not as much as Leo and Pui >_> Speaking of Florida, I'd love to play against Kurushi's Relius. Maybe he can show me Relius' potential ^_^

Ok, I want a concrete answer as to why Litchi is good for me. Is it the corner pressure? Is it because I play Venom? Is it because I autopilot too much? o_O

We already met with the Michigan scene ^_^ Also, I agree with the fact that the majority of people here don't have a play to win mentality. Which is why our scene is home of the trolls
