I believe it's on the default setting. If the regular arcade mode is too hard then go into sparring mode (hold 2 rightmost buttons before pressing start after inserting your tokens)

The arcade version of Extend is available in America. A good time to get to Lovegety would be around 6 - 6:30pm.
