your profile says you're from California but your sign up says you're currently in North Carolina, which is it? if you're from the west coast I would much prefer the stream to be hosted by someone that's Central or Eastern since they will be able to connect with the players better. However if you're from NC then what I'm about to say will apply to you. we currently have TrueGunnerShadow streaming this particular event but whenever you see another tournament thread check if the time and date are good for you then let me know if you want to stream for us. It's best if you're familiar with the rules as well so you're used to the flow of the tournament. Also how do you connect with others in netplay? the only time I don't stream winners is when losers are catching up, because no one from winners is playing at that moment so I already do that, but if I do end up going for 2 matches streamed instead of 1 per round then it would end up the same as usual just 2 matches from winners instead of 1 per round. also there isn't much you can do about the wait, speeding up the winners bracket doesn't achieve anything mainly because by the time Winners Finals are done Losers will have to catch up so much that the wait for Grand Finals will be the same but it will feel longer for the grand finalist at any rate I like the idea of getting 2 matches streamed per round, I'll see if we can get it started this Sunday

I don't mind doing that but most people hate waiting and winners bracket wait too much as it is I mean if people don't mind waiting extra then we can definitely try it what I would do is have all the fights play out except for 2 matches, 1 match will be streamed while everyone else is playing with the exception of the other match I put on hold as well. Then the 2nd match will be streamed giving people from the first batch to catch up all while a stream is happening. Then as soon as that match is over everyone should be finished so we can move on to the next round and get that streamed as well I've always wanted to do that but I always got lots of complaints about waiting so I decided not to

if you're signing up solo then you will be automatically be added to the back-ups list until you find a partner it'll help to state that you're looking for a partner in your post so other people will team up with you

Replacements/Back-Ups Information: Back-Ups: -You can sign up as a single person and not a team, this will put you in the back-ups list. -Back-ups will be used if a team member cannot find his/her partner last minute. -All back-ups will be invited to a Text Chat before hand to see who is ready, back-ups will be asked if they want to team up with the person that needs a replacement before hand. -You can sign up as a back-up TEAM if you want but you will only be needed if we have full teams missing, not just partners in other teams. -I will go down the back-ups list by Dustloop sign up order (not PSN sign in order). Replacements: -If your partner cannot make it on time or at all, feel free to find a replacement (from the back-ups list) and let me know. -If you are not capable of finding a replacement because the back-ups list is empty then feel free to get someone you know (but you must do it quick if we are about to start) -If you cannot find any replacements at all then you may drop and don’t ask about fighting alone, I don’t want to cause confusion amongst the players. -If you and another team are in need of a replacement then you can join forces and make a team or you can both look in the back-ups list. -If your partner drops MID-TOURNAMENT then you will be asked to drop as well, so please keep that in mind when looking for a partner. -NO complaining about who you get as a replacement. Disconnect/Connection Problem Rules: -Disconnecting forfeits that Round, start up another match and get the rounds to go back to how they were originally and then the "Disconnector" must let the other person win whatever round was at the point when it disconnected. Ex. Player A won Round 1, Player B disconnects during Round 2. Start a new match, let Player A win Round 1 because he won it previously, and then let him win Round 2 because Player B disconnected. Match continues at 2-0. -If the person doesn't sign back on within 5 minutes they forfeit that match.
