You could have asked nicely instead of being a jerk about it. In any case, I was holding on to most of the money save for NCIs that I could not make. This past weekend I gave it to Chun, who is now in possession of the NCI money. I believe the plan was to put it in a bank account only for NCI funds, which will be in Chun's name or a joint account between the two of us. AFAIK, the funds have not been spent on anything since we have not had to tap into the funds for any kind of venue yet. Current plans is to spend the money on renting ball room of some sort for a future NCI.

Running winner's up to top 8 of winner's or whatever is a terrible idea. I've done it before when I was less experienced as a TO and it does nothing but make people that are in losers wait FOREVER for their next match. I'll post more thoughts and shit later when I'm not busy.

When is pre-reg closing so I can start working on the BB brackets?

We did. Kind of. It was called The Folsom Game room. I kinda knew the owner. Sadly it went the way of the dinosaurs in the early 2000s.

Going to need volunteers to help run the BB bracket. I'll make the brackets this time, but I want to spend most of my time having fun this NCI, rather than running brackets. Can we add DOTA 2 to the NCI lineup when it comes out?

It's a tough situation. When I was pushing for this project, people I had involved asked for more time so they can get a feel for their characters more. Understandable. Later, Evo was coming up soon so there wasn't a lot of time. Realistically, at this point in time, I don't have time to do everything by myself. I'm also trying to focus on my streaming team. C0R and PNW were going to help me out with recording, but they hit a snag with their recording equipment frying. On top of that, CS2+ being announced and currently being loketested, it kind of throws a wrench in things. Is it worth making these videos when CS2+ is coming out? Not to mention that some characters seem to be getting changed a lot. I'd like to hear from the community on this if the project should continue as is or wait for CS2+.

All the BB songs with lyrics are banned (Black Onslaught is an exception since it's metal and not anime). If you purposefully choose one in a match, I'm DQing you.

Should not be needed at all. First Super NCI ran fine and it was almost a 64 man bracket. Just being able to make or partially make the brackets before the tournament is pretty useful.

What time do we need to be out of Gamecenter? Also, can we actually do a pre-reg this time? Making the brackets last time took way too long for BB because we didn't do pre-reg.

Please please please make sure this doesn't happen again. Two weeks is hardly enough time for anyone out of state to realistically plan for these events if they do not follow you on FB or your forums.
