  1. Litchi where is the heat at edition, I didn't realize the heat gain was so terrible did a 3k combo got 22heat...wut?
  2. Challenge 30 Combo I did if anyone needs one Corner starter: 2C>6C>jC>jB>jC>5B>6A>6B>OD>6A(full)>jB>jC>Golden Tager 7,141 damage
  3. Sup, welcome. Neutral - Bait and hook you have more range than your opponents, use pokes with the staff in neutral for spacing, or use staff in motion along with yourself in order to safely advance and keep your opponent from acting while you make an approach, each successive hit you should be getting closer and closer to the wall. 41236D (A/B/C/D) is a good bait tool to catch people off guard, just make sure you are not within range of a low hit from the opponent when you do this move as it has no low protection. Defense - If you have staff in hand Tsubame(623D) is an option, another option if opponent wants to hang just above your head you can use 4B which has an amazing vertical hitbox(it's range is also modified by 5/2B), if you're stuck in the corner with no staff either wait for your opponent to jump and attempt a 4B or run under and escape, that or spend 50 heat and counter assault, another option that some might not recommend but one that I like to use when I can 63214(A/B/C) no staff can be a better jumping option than a typical jump as it will move you towards your placed staff. Offense - Don't drop a combo, take every opportunity you can to get all the way to the corner, learn to capitalize off random hits and convert, keep opponent locked in corner till death, Litchi is one of the better pressure characters who can remain safe especially when just outside the corner, only people you need to fear when it comes to taking risks are ones with DPs that have good hitboxes/inv frames like Ragna, Jin, Tsubaki Everything else is just practice and learning when to take advantage of certain situations, learning your combos will be the most important part, knowing how to get 4B ittsu conversions is also a great tool that you need under your belt or any full screen carry combo.

  5. Litchi 30 is what, 3 uses of shishin? I tried everything even spamming CT's to no avail I've come up with no clear strategy to getting that done unless there is some type of special property for the move in OD that I haven't attempted yet.
  6. I don't mind whipping some stuff up online with you, I was playing some Litchi online, I'm positive they're here on DL I don't remember their name though, not bad at all I learned a few things mostly neutral game though and opening up people.
  7. Like I said it's good and all until I get magnetized, then the match is over, seems moot to bother w/mixup at times since everyone just mashes 5/2A(360A) on block anyway, I'll just use Ragna or something, I feel like other characters have better options than Litchi once caught.

  9. Offline? The game is flawless I haven't seen any frame drop at all. Online is relative to the connection speed, it'll lag initially like always because as you and the opponent continue to swap bits your latency is reduced over time to a certain degree in which the game becomes playable, there will always be delay online even in a 3bar I still have to adjust my Azrael links slightly.
  10. Scud I know for a fact will go through 720 even if you initiate it first and they attempt to punish with 720, not 100% sure on this but I did get away with it playing a Tager last night.
  11. 4B(bait) Tsubamegaishi is a nice little tactic I use to throw people off when I need something. Also when are we going to get our CP match-up thread up and going? I don't mind throwing out some stuff I've discovered/thought of after playing over the weekend but I'm sure the Japanese have already provided ample information. I specifically need to know what to do with Tager, it seems like once he gets a knockdown the match is over.

  18. It's immediate, there is no "delaying" in this version of the game for Litchi more or less all her combos are pretty much input after input unless there is some staff hold involved.

  22. Asked em to cancel since I wanted to go digital, read the policies(NO CANCELLATIONS) guess they did it anyway, either way I get to dl my digital copy sometime tonight so it's whatever, if they charge me and send it either way I'll just sell the physical copy to someone to break even.
