some of the things I was looking for weren't here, like pressure-strings. I found cross-up, which, like I thought was something I knew, but hadn't associated with a word. Anyway, also, I am confused by 5D, 6C. I only play GG for xbox, and so far, BB CT for 360, so, as I assume this applies to arcade sticks? I really should know it, anyone able to help with that. i'm pretty new to taking fighting games this seriously.

Ah, I remember it like it was last Christmas, which is when it was... I was looking at the character select screen, and I saw Jin, I had played Ky in GG for the small time I was attempting to learn GG before I gave up. Btw, if anyone wants to help me with that, you're welcome to, but I only have it for Xbox, though it works on 360 too if they haven't shut it down yet. Anyway, I chose Jin, since he looked similar, and while I found him to be utterly opposite to Ky, I connected with him in a sick, psychotic way, a way that I liked... His move set fit like a glove, and I took only 2 days to learn all of the moves I use currently. I still have about three that I can't perform during ACTUAL combat, so if anyone wants to help me with THAT, feel free. Anyway, when I heard him say, "I just killed a girl who looked just like her." in his sadistic way, I knew he was the one. Lol, and Rachel, while I despise the bitch in her, I love her tactical points, not to mention a counter that I can generally use. Btw, if you wanna help me with that stuff, then pm me at my listed hotmail.

Okay, everyone, n00b comment time! I'm super new to TALKING and DISCUSSING fighting games, so here goes... 5D? Huh? confused at the 5, what does it stand for, lol, sorry for asking. I know a through A through D obviosly, but confused on the 5. Sorry again. I suppose this is something like arcade jargan? Anyway, cross-ups and pressure-strings and punishes confuse me as well, I feel n00blishous, I know how to play the game, so I suppose these terms will end up being things I know but haven't associated with a name, lol.

Hey 4r5, just watched the vid in ur sig, you're fuckin' amazing... I couldn't play GG, as I can't get any moves down with anyone except Ky, and even at that, I could'nt manage to chain my shit like that, damn. Amazing.

by the way, i play BB on 360, and when continuum shift comes out on PS3, I'll get it for that. I have to use a D-pad though, and although I couldn't find an arcade if I tried, I'm starting to fall in love with the idea of having an arcade stick, and actually going places outside of my room, lol.

So, from what I gather, the members of this site carry around arcade sticks, and play at arcades? Where the hell does this happen? I'm in Ohio, so, maybe it's just because this state is long dead, but arcades don't even exist here anymore. I mean, as far as I know, there isn't an arcade in ALL of Ohio, not to mention that Continuum Shift wouldn't be there anyway. I'm just jealous of you all, I'm sorry.
