Any tips on how to properly IAD during combos for a pad player?

Is there a good number of folks from the US playing online and if so how is the netcode? My bad if this the wrong thread but I'm trying to figure out if it's worth getting the game.

So there's a video of Bang gameplay and it looks like you can 5A,5B,2B,6C,JD, 623B and in the corner you can follow that up with 2B for a relaunch If it's not against rules I'll post it here. Also the audio isn't that great but it sounds like Reppu is getting a remix. Now I'm hype.

Going by the trailer it seems that most people have their meters broken up into segments like Jin. Perhaps ex moves for everyone? NEW DD FOR BANG AWWW YEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAH There is also a new icon for where bursts usually are. In some clips it's open with a meter draining and sometimes it's closed. Looks like you can burst more than twice if the meter is done charging.
