  2. In addition to that, what if you do toss in a wind like the traditional combo to propel her forward. Wouldn't that mean you'd be right next to the downed opponent and dashes would be no longer needed after 5CC? I hope this isn't all of the information that we're getting. for the 4th lok

  6. But what if you propel yourself with wind as we've been doing since forever? Shouldn't that put them closer than before?
  7. I don't know it this was addressed, but since 5cc already slides, then what will happen if we include a wind? Does it mean that frog combos will have no need for a dash? And that characters like Ragna, Jin, Noel, and Tager won't need an extra push of wind to propel Rachel and George towards them?

  9. I'm with you. I think wind should replenish when she's in the air... I really have no idea as to why it wouldn't. I would seriously give up like five of those buffs just to have decent wind regeneration.

  11. It's never a balance patch, it's a jumble-the-tier-list patch.
  12. Updated list: + Overall damage increased. + j.A is an overhead again. + 5C>C now slides. Mid screen C lobelia>3D> Sword iris/BBL combos. In corner 5C>C>3C can be done for 2 loops. + 5B>2B possible. + 6B>6C possible + 6B on counter slides, untech time decreased, jump cancellable on block. + j2C can be canceled into attacks on landing, jump cancelable, both on hit and block. + Wind increases the speed of her air dashes. + Tempest Dahlia is stronger, faster, can be connected from 5b, and doesn't consume wind. + Pumpkin is much faster, can reach the other side of the screen in an instant, and received an increase in attack level. + 6A went from CT status from the first test to CS status to the second test to back to CT status in the third test. + Wind affects movement more. + 6C forces standing. + 3C hits higher. − Wind recovery is really slow at first but once it gets going it recharges fast. − Lobeilas come out even when hit, slower recovery. = j.A > j.2C won't connect, but j.B > j.2C does. = George has been changed (there's a frog gauge now). ? 2C hit stop increased. Edit: added more stuffs
  13. Wind regen lag is really pissing me off. And why increase the speed of the pumpkin? Just give it more guard/hit stun =-/
  14. She is most certainly harder in CT than in CS. In CT you had more stuff to learn, and CS they didn't exist. Just because they were top tier tactics doesn't mean they're a cakewalk. 2d, lvl 2 dj.2c is the only challenging new strat you had to learn with Rach in CS.

  16. Rebel 5 Rachel pressure got me wet. But I couldn't find the cat chair combo you were referring to.

  19. Yeah, I'm not liking the wind recovery change. In BBCS, my main problem was that either I had all of my wind or none of my wind. The full wind guage was only because it was the beginning of the match or I stayed grounded which caused quite a few problems. They've practically made the pumpkin useless at this point.
  20. People actually want MORE for Hakumen? That's like Bill Gates asking for a raise in his allowance. Can someone please explain to me why Noel got more nerfs than buffs? Surely there much be a riddle here to be solved.

  22. Truth. I only play Tao for the sheer fun of her combos. So far, it sounds like she has some of the CT combos with CT cat2. That, plus the funness of her CS drive-cancel spam combos = Super mega ultra fun character. So I'm hoping for CT combos + CS combos = CS2 combos
  23. Still no word on the pumpkin. Hopefully in one of the next tests, he stays out longer or has more guardstun... or both. I'm honestly down with his distance and speed, even that he disappears if Rachel blocks a hit. Just... guardstun and length of his on-screen presence.
  24. Everything you described sounds like a 6.5-3.5 match up.
