Before my condo net no longer allowed me to go on psn. I see...pretty much 90% Noel , 10% everything else. and I don't think I've fought another Mu except for this one guy. Then again I rarely go on psn anyway :\

I'm not a really good Mu-12 but. pretty sure with regards to steins, throwing out is fine, as long as you're not open to a free combo.
