Boobies. Then I grew to love her range and pressure. And she seems to have the perfect balance of power/speed for me. Plus, I tend to prefer underused characters. I just hope her high tier placement doesn't make her overused in CS... Oh and her VA is Chiaki Takahashi. Delicious.

You can. In fact I can activate it immediately as she lands on the stick. The charge only takes like a second anyway. I just do the 63214A command but hold 4, then input 6D as soon as she lands and it works every time. As for comboing into it..... No clue. The startup just takes too long.
