Last time I got on chaos breaker with a friend we couldn't even connect to each other and we were the only 2 players popping up. Shit was sad.

MagFest was hype, friend elevator partied the entire convention and stopped one of the elevators, even got his tracks played, win for him. Annnnnd I was drunk 90% of the time. Fuck yeah. Just need to fix my stick now

^^^^^ Lost. As far as Xanadu, I've posted to a group of about 30 active locals in Baltimore knowing that at least 15 would be interested. I got turned down for fucking Dodgeball, 2 weeks later I got 9 of them to show to a last minute SSBB tourney of all things -_- . They range from SF, Tekken, GG, and BB players so I got nothing. I do know that driving is an issue for a lot of people it seems and I drive a coupe soooo pickups can only go so far when I already have 2 passenger seats dedicated.

Doing shit nothing =| , I stocked up on liquor...o well, fun times to be had.

BBCS isn't bad until I bring TQ out.

Indeed, Noel isn't half as bad, she's a risky character...I play her, no when to gamble and know when you need to improve. Last time I played Alex I fell for his block-strings too much. In any case what you said is true, like with anything we need to actually have a committed initial host. Making a bracket isn't half as difficult as some people make it out to be with the amount of software out there. (Hell I have one that functions great) I don't mind assisting where necessary, just know that I'm not available until after MagFest. Honestly I don't think much is going to get solved this time of year with all the holidays and new years and what not. And with Xanadu's next monthly coinciding with another hectic date, well...meh. How about we just organize something for January on one of the Wednesdays before some folks head back for college. @Alex ...I need to renew my damn live subscription =| , only play BB on there occasionally since my Hori needs new parts.

Right zeth and I was there for that tournament, I just wasn't early enough to participate due to my work schedule that overlapped the start. Seems like the times I show up there's no one but the same few people like Alex said. At that point you start considering just going to a friends place and discussing and working out strategy with them. Or just playing something else that no one plays anyway. Hell I can thank Alex for telling me to come to Xanadu in the first place, although I already knew about it, he force me too. Personally, I was too busy, BS in Electrical engineering and working to pay bills in off time, but I'm done with school. If anything once this holiday season passes we can try to get as many fuckers out the house as possible. This net play warrior nonsense is getting a bit old tbh and I know for sure I can drag at least 3 more people with me if I give them enough time. Hell they have one of my tv's now (that i need to bring the remote for)

I dunno I'll try to make a Wednesday in January some time since I'll be at Magfest. Like said previously...getting the BB people to stop playing online is mind numbingly difficult. Probably have to promise them money and bitches for a prize. Next time I'm there I'll scrub it in SSFIV and run some AH 3 by then. I'll make sure to not be sober if it's dead again too

People are getting their panties in a bunch about Noel's midscreen 5k damage, we could do that in CS1 with no heat....o well...are we about to get called ez-mode for the third game in a row by bad players >_< edit- Forgot, and haven't noticed... but does Assault Through counter hit on an aerial opponent still cause wall bounce (midscreen) or are we looking at a universal ground slide mechanic.

Nothing scrubby about it Radred, I prefer to take advantage of holes since Noel is so unsafe. Depending on the matchup I may go all in, I may sit back, I may do a buncha silly nonsense to bait out attacks. Never know, Online I just do shit, if it works cool, if not I damn sure hope the connection is letting me block enough.

Lol yeah I failed at sentence structure when i called her drive pressure. The most annoying thing I've found is that forcing throw reject misses with Noel can be a pain. Her grab range blows and at best we can kara it for now. Those 2 hit confirms are definitely important, granted you won't gain much damage, but you can setup for a reset off of the 6A followups quite easily.

Online, you're screwed if you're not playing on an optimal connection. Offline, let their block string commence, it's just as bad as ours and has holes in it, just remember Tao's love to crawl under everything. So lows may be your saving grace. As for that tactic, be patient, and try to predict the trajectory. That tactic just plain blows and Noel has no answer like a lot of the cast.

CS Noel has no mixup game worth mentioning, you can go in with drives and like stated before the opponent can safely block low and only look for 2 high attacks and a grab. This is one of her biggest reasons for being low tier. You can IAD 2D mixup or toss in as many jump cancels, throw cancels as you want, but chances are your opponent can read it all. For a rushdown character CS Noel has a huge disadvantage. Not to mention a single IB could spell disaster for her. I prefer to bait the opponent into offense and CH with a superior defense (offline that is) .

Of course, it just blows since this is my last semester for my degree, and falls literally right in the middle of my finals. Just overall horrible timing for me personally. Next year is a different story.

And now I'm in a lab and I'm assuming this guy behind me is someone's child with a condition. He's making the most random noises, I swear to god I wanted to throw this multimeter at him when he was eating. Chewing and smacking loud as hell..I can't do this shit anymore dude SAVEMEBASEDGOD!!
