In terms of tournaments I am up in the air. I am going to be doing a lot of traveling this May through July and going to tournaments that just happen to be that weekend. I don't even remember when Texas Showdown but I might go as Austin is not that far.

Yes, I am hosting from 4 till whatever on Saturday. I have to work Saturday morning so I am starting late.

I will be there Saturday but I will mostly be grinding sfxt. Jin is too fun right now and I have to start working on Lili. See everyone this weekend.

Shout out to everyone who came today. I had a lot of fun getting to actually play for once. Lambda is still pretty fun so I might just practice her first and just learn match up this time. Next week should be fun with SFxT coming out and hopefully people can pick it up and learn some early tech. Remember you sometimes just have to grind it out and try and improve your game where you can. You got to master yourself before you can master how to control your opponent's play. It is not easy to do. I have been playing a pretty long time and I am still pretty much ass in most games.

Sadly, I have yet to find an easy place to score copies early. If anyone know of a place let me know so I can play SFxT early. Also, picked up a copy of CSE tonight for 360 and maybe I will actually play it tonight.

I know mightfo asked if it would be possible for me to host this weekend. I don't mind hosting this Saturday from 3:00 until whenever. I just need to know how many people are interested so I know how much room I need to make. Also, someone need to bring a copy of CSE as I currently don't have it. Had to spend over half a grand for law school application and am mad broke. Hoping to pick up a copy this Friday but I need to see how much money I have after paying rent.

Can't host this weekend. I am on lockdown until March. After that I will be able to host any weekend I am not working/volunteering.

I work this Saturday but it is only a half day so I might be able to host but no promises until I see how I am feeling midweek. Also depends on how many people would be interested in coming. If we can get a turn out like last time I would probably be down but for like a small 3 or 4 person meet up I would probably rather just chill and sleep.

I could probably handle 5 set ups if I just clean my living room a little and if I feel ambitious and move things from my bed room I could easily do up to 7 set ups but it would start getting pretty crowded. So how I look at it just bring a set up if you want and I will find a way to make room for it.

Lambda's damage still seems solid. I need to watch the video posted on SRK showing some of her new combos and set ups. Still thinking I might want to mess with Relius because of that JoJo look he has going. Sadly, I am busy these days and I have to work OT tomorrow from 11 to 5, so nothing for me this weekend. However, my schedule in January is looking really nice. Getting 2 days off for holiday and 2 half days will give me some extra time to relax and play games. Need to get back to practicing KoF and Marvel while I wait for EX to come out on console. Way too many games to practice and thinking I decided to jump on the bandwagon and started playing TOR with friends it gives me even less time to practice. FML!

I would go to goons if I did not have to be up at 6am tomorrow. I am still not sure if I am going to do anything tomorrow. I am going to be busy from 7 to 11am tomorrow and then I am having my car worked on at 1:30. I am also fucking tired as hell. Right now I am leaning towards just sleeping after I drop my car off, but we shall see.

Might as well give a quick shout out to everyone at TBF this weekend. It was mad fun watching the event even if I had to leave early as I was getting pretty tired. The good news is leaving early gave me time to get home and fix my stick as my buttons came in that afternoon, so I can actually play again. Anyways, not sure what the plan is for this week but I will be showing up to something.

I have not decided if I am going to go. Right now my stick is broke and I have not practiced any of the games I would want to play enough to really be effective right now. It would be a pretty expensive day for me to just to get blown up. However, if enough people I know goes maybe I will go and watch.

God damn that is a lot of info. Amazingly enough I figured out most of those Mai combos except for anything to do with HD as I have not really messed with it too much. So basically her HD combo is a slightly longer versions of her basic corner combos. Really like how easy it is for Mai to just carry you to the corner. Her damage feels pretty solid and her combos aren't too hard. I know people say combos are pretty hard overall and maybe the HD combos are painful but so far to me most of the combos outside of the fact that I need to practice my links with her seem fairly easy to time. Have only slightly messed with Robert and Athena so the early advice will allow me to experiment more once my buttons come in. However, why is that DP HDC teleport, DP good? Is it because it is a reliable mid screen combo that does fairly solid damage? Going to have to sit down and really go over everything you wrote more once the new buttons are in and I can break some of it down. Thanks for all of the info once again.

So now that my life has actually calmed down I can finally practice again and then my medium punch on my stick died. Does anyone have an opinion on which buttons are better between Sanwa and Seimitsu buttons? Thinking I might as well replace all of them as they are all over 3 years old now. I am not quite sure how to replace them yet, but I am guessing there is some sort of guide on how to replace buttons in a TE on the net. Want to try and get this done ASAP as I really want to practice KoF13 as that game is too fun. I forgot how fun doing links can be. Thinking I am going to stick with Mai, Robert and Athena. Anyone know where I can get some info on playing them? I have gotten a few pretty fun combos with Mai, but I really would not mind some info on this game so I can speed up the learning process. Last thing is just for Oso. Can you give me some tips on playing Spencer? Going to whore out team way too top tier until they patch both Wesker and Spencer from being stupid broken character. Shout outs to Capcom for failing to balance a character that was already top tier and giving Spencer moves that never scale allowing him to kill every character in the game with 1 bar...weeee Marvel. Anyways, I am going to be coming back strong after I get my stick fixed as I am really having way too much fun with KoF13 before my button went out and I actually feel like I can put in the 3 to 4 hours a day now to get shit down. I would be down for taking people to either Goon's place, as I would not mind playing with some new people and the lawlz Marvel practice, or Might's place as I am going to need to grind KoF out with him and the dream cancel guys when they are over there to up my KoF game and steal tech off of everyone. Better get ready for the cheese as I am going to be mastering every BS combo and trick I can for the next couple of month. Peace out.
