Let me explain:
The controller itself consists of buttons and a PCB (printed circuit board). The PCB interprets what signals it receives from whether the buttons are pressed or not, and sends its signal to the console.
Buttons don't discriminate; they only are a switch for a small part of the circuit. So, the only compatability issue would be with the PCB itself. In this case, you are -replacing- the TVC's default PCB with the PS360+ PCB.
This does involve (someone, if not you) taking apart the controller, voiding your warranty, etc.
