Ruben, all I can tell you off of memory is that there was a Microsoft Paint picture where the Japanese drew lines of timelines which character will progress to which tiers. From the top of my head I think Carl had a straight line at A tier. But that was Microsoft Paint and the combinations of lines made it very fuzzy to remember...

Isn't Carl always at A-tier? I don't actually remember a game where he was anywhere above or below it. There's no updated tier list from what I've heard, unless I'm outdated on these kind of news. And I think a character design like him makes stay there since he's always a strong character with dem brother and sister sandwiches.
