This match seems like its who ever can get the other person to the corner first and pull of their absurd amount of damage combo first wins it.

The only thing i can think of trying to use back hop hotaru is if you predict a bang/ragna/hazama j.B cross ups and you backdash predicting it and Hotaru. Or maybe that won't work and I'm just a scrub?

All of these are in Blazblue too. What I'm saying I don't get is it seems like your all saying "if you want to get better at Blazblue fundamentals play SF." Why wouldn't you just learn your fundamentals in the game you are trying to get good at? I personally got better at fundamentals playing Blazblue than SF because SF seems a little more mash happy on wake-ups than BlazBlue, pokes seem more punishable, Predictability seems more punishable through IBing, and Mix-up seem harder to react to. Also, the wake up system seems a little more advanced with the tech system. (For the record, I'm not trying to bash either game. I think they are both good in their own way.)

I played street fighter first and it got me in the bad habit of guessing when to tech grabs instead of reacting to them. I don't see how playing Street Fighter is going to improve your BlazBlue play. They have many different fighting mechanics. SF is more pokes and turtley where BlazBlue is not so much. Why not just play BlazBlue to improve your game in Blazblue?

When canceling 2c into a super jump do i have to put the stick back to neutral then go down up (2c>5>28) or can i just go straight from 2c to the SJC(2c>8)?

I live maybe 15 minutes tops away from the campus. For the record i am in no way pro.

I'm a Blazblue player in binghamton. I've never played GG but i watch videos and always wanted to try. Zappa looks sick.

When i start a match is there specific things to do verse certain characters?For example:When a match starts and I'm up against Litchi should i just block to be safe, or backdash, or throw out a poke? Is there some characters that I can throw out a poke and be completely safe at the beginning of a round(seems like Makoto can't do much to start)?

Why doesn't 2C create a void and goes through projectiles?

I know that, but if it cost less stars would it be more usable like during combos and stuff?

So it seems like RCing isn't a big part of Haku's game. I was thinking and would it be broken if Haku-men's RC cost less than 4 stars? I know this will most likely never happen, i was just theorizing.

That is because REAL MEN play Hakumen. Hakumen should totally have a beard...

What range does Hakumen do best at? I try to keep people at around the end of 5c range. It seems like any closer and everything gets beat out and any farther your moves get easily read.

I don't want to play the mirror match. I want to watch them play on XBL and be able to ask questions while stuff is happening so I can understand why they do what they do. I've watched countless videos, but it still seems like i'm not understanding the "mentality" of Hakumen players if you know what i mean.

Is there any Hakumen players willing to get online(XBL) right now that consider themselves above average that i can join a room with and watch play/play with and instant message at the same time to learn from? Kind of like an apprentice i guess... It would be greatly appreciated.
