I saw 4D beating a low j.C from Makoto. Which definitely was low enough to hit 4D's old hurtbox.

Hmm, judging with a 5 point scale that would mean for Chie: Ease: 4 (So she'll probably be a good choice for a beginner to start with, but not braindead maybe) Persona: 2 (She must not be as reliant on Tomoe to do stuff) Aggression: 5 (Rush That Shit Down) Speed: 4 (Can't say I'm surprised here actually) Defense: 3 (Average Defense for a fast female rushdown character, sounds like Noel) I'm pretty pleased at this news, thanks for letting us know what that graph meant, I was completely clueless :v

I wasted my Master Ball on a Pikachu. On the bright side it made Ash so depressed he killed himself.

Something I like to do: If you are having problems getting the height exactly right for a 4D > d.6C, instead just use 4D > d.236D. It's much more lenient in timing and height, and you still get good damage from it.

It's a hard matchup, everything is a risk when fighting a Tsubaki. Her DP may not be very good, but even if it trades, then you still get forced back to neutral, which Noel sucks at. Hitting D is even more risky against a good Tsubaki, because most of her normals hit us out of D, so even if they don't hitconfirm and follow up into a combo, the collateral damage you take can add up. A good Tsubaki however will turn all of those random anti-drive hits into at least 2k and knockdown. 5B just kills us, and 236X is a huge pain in our ass, since we don't have a 100% true way of punishing it on reaction, but if luck is on our side we can 3C it, 4D it(much more risky, but if you get lucky enough to land it you get 5k), and in some cases 2D will work. If the Tsubaki call you out on this they can wiff a full screen 236A and react to your wiffed drive with 236D for a punish. Basically the matchup is even until Tsubaki gets charge, but it's impossible to keep a good Tsubaki from charging. Drive isn't really worth it in the matchup due to the reasons I explained above, so you must MUST know how to use your normals and turn them into damage, if you aren't well versed in converting crouching its from normals yet, make sure you practice that as much as possible.

My love for Lunar is comparable to the heat of one million suns, each of which are using the flame of another sun as a lighter they hold in the air while listening to a power ballad performed by the band "Journey", which in this story are also composed of suns.

It's ok Axis, you'll always have casuals. ...oh wait.
-
Oh silly Axis, the sad truth is that she is neither of ours.
-
Sounds like Solar wants to get DP'd, sadly I would not like to share an experience like that with a short and high pitched Black man.
-
Those words sting :< Although technically I am higher on the nigga tier list than Axis.

You and I are the same :3 I suppose I could call you my better half

Did you see it? The Belial edge was in that ass. There is no way it whiffed, it HAD to have been from invuln. Maybe not full body, but something about the invuln caused it to beat out Belial Edge.
