afaik we have a somewhat ok tourney in January the MAT (mtl annual tournament) in may which is the biggest one in Montreal and there is the "T" tournament in September ish in Toronto there may be more by that's what I remember right now

hey guys last minute announcement : today me and kirbster will go to foonzo to TRAIN in blazblue. this will not be an ordinary meet up. first, it's a saturday. second, we will do arcade rotation all day long. third, cheap play will be STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. the goal of this is to level up as fast as possible and get salty as fuck as soon as possible. no casualing. srs bzns is srs. i will be as cheap as i can. purple throws and command grab x N will be all over the place. if you don't think you'll enjoy this kind of meet, well don't come :P for those who wants to level up and get better seriously only. thank you very much :D

(Brice, Pochp, level5-chan, kirbster and nini heart) we don't mind teaming with the canada people for rooms and stuff but at the same we can still try and stay us 5 in the same room... up to you guys. i'd really like to have a security of having a room for my guys so i would really appreciate if we could have a detailed plan on what you guys wanna do. if by, let's say, end~ish of next week we don't have a clear match plan, i'll book a room for the mtl people only. i hope i'm clear enough on this also level5 chan wants to participate for the melty blood tourney but he's the only one on our crew, so if you need for a teammate for the MB tourney ask him :P thank you very much for your time :D and to hope of having too much fun at NEC

i am so destroyed right now... sleeping at a bed in at school is not the best way to get some sleep... :P alright so i'm going to foonzo tonight with my ps3 and all the blabla, but i have to go to the manifestation today (even though it's fucking raining outside...) knowing this i think i'll go to foonzo at the opening or so and drop my bag there to not soak it all day long under the rain with my stick and ps3 inside. i'm not sure how i'm gonna do it... AS FOR NEC: time's up. we are max 5 for this. don't know how we're gonna do it. i'll see with pedro tonight. i contacted TO guys and they have 4 confirmed players as of now iirc. they like the idea of having a double room for the canada people. i don't think you're against it. i think that's pretty much it for now.

look if the old micro walk 360B combos still work on people and if it's still useful to do instead of the 3C AC one people do now. try stuff with the VTC Hammer, looking for max damage and if dong an RC right after a successful hit is viable. also look if it's possible to still VTC 720 like in cs2 (i think it's still in) and if you can autoguard something then delay the 720 by like 1-2seconds. same with hammer, look if we can delay the move after a successful autoguard. try gimmicks with the new 5B j.cancel... i guess... maybe my questions are already answered and if there is video proof i did not see them yet, and i hope you'll excuse me for it.

hey guys, just to let you know that i am trying to organize our trip to NEC with the mtl crew. are some of you still going? on our side we'd be looking at around 5-7 people ~ish and if like you're not enough for a room at the hotel we could get 2 room for canada people, considering some of you are still going. it's only an idea i'm tossing in the air right now and i don't mind if you are already fully organized for this (or if you are going to NEC at all :P), but let us know if you have anything to say on the matter on another note, if you really get CSEX for arcade (and i really hope you will) please let me know in advance if you're doing a welcome tourney for this, i'll try with everything i have to go to TO to play games with you guys :D

URGH... seeing this thread tonight is the killing blow... first, NINI TU CONNAIS PAS LE DEAL SUR LE NEXT CONTENDER TOURNY... the reason why they do it and we can't is as follow : MONEY. we are a relatively new scene with 1/5 players mtlsf has on a regular basis attending tournament. also, being in the anime fighters bring one more thing to the equation, people with the poverty status. I REALLY DON'T CARE IF PEOPLE ARE POVERTY STATUS, it's ok and i respect that. but every single tournament be it a major or a shitty weekly by mtlsf comes with an entry fee of at the very minimum 5$. and when your scene has over 3 years+ in existence, there is a tendancy for top players, you know them and it's normal. but hey they win cash every single tourney because lol they're top players and every tournament they do there's money on the table. so what they did was extremely good for the scene. they decided to ban the lol top players that win most of the money. so that all the pot monsters that kinda know they can't win against the really best of mtlsf (and they are fucking good) they all now have the option of winning fricking 200$ with a ratio of more than 0%. so yeah it's hype and fun to watch but lol we can't do it in an anime fighter, YET... i hope. so we shouldn't do it yet. :D now secondly, it seems that when i'm not showing up, the scene dies.... lol ok i'll stop having a social life that is not BB and start showing up again every single day if i must... :P and the most important part of this post is NEC!!! this is last call for hotel reservation. people 100% of coming are : Brice Pedro Level5 Kirbster Nini? maybes: Nedel Kaeru? that is it for now, i don't mind people bailling out it's ok and i respect your choices, they're yours obviously. also that would mean we'd have only pedro as a driver and 1 car (i guess) for a group of 5 up to 7 now, but i guess if kaeru or nedel says they can go we'd have another driver. the following statement is absolutely serious --> i do not want to put pressure on you guys. i really will get a reservation by the end of the week (being friday night 23h59 mtl time) if anything is wrong or incorrect please let me know asap. thank you and have a good night. oh and remember to make babies, it's good for your health.
