THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT!!! it's that time of the year again, i have important info concerning a major we have to go as much as possible. this time it's the most or second most important tournament you can go for anime games (BB GG AH3 even melty blood etc....) (this means some of you might have to get friday and monday off, from work or school if you don't have exams lol) why monday, because it seems they will do BB singles on sunday meaning we either miss this, the drivers are monsters and drive 8h at night after a major (lol not happening), or we stay for the night and come back monday. who : as much people as we can because the more the better knowing MTL has the most awesome community in NA, real talk. how much : this is what may be the biggest obstacle for most people after the when. my guess is knowing the room is 95+tx/night gas, entry fee, and maybe food, it would be not that bad if we are enough people. let's say we are 4 by room/car. 95+tx = roughly 110, gas should be a tad more than T12 and food depends on the person. entry fee is 30$ through prereg and 10$ per game you enter. so let's say i play GG and BB it would be 50$ for my games (it would cost more if we enter teams of course). but how much? hum i'd do a rough estimate on the spot with little to no time to calculate this : 250$ seems about right i guess if we plan on staying 3nights. it WILL be fucking awesome and those that won't/can't come WILL MISS OUT!!! you have been warned (i am too hype for this i know :D) i'll let you skim through the official event thread but what i want is to know the name of the people that are interested in coming and those that are >9000% sure of coming. so please respond as fast as you can and say if you're a maybe a not coming or a absolutely sure to be there. depending on the number of people we have from MTL i'll go and check with the TO guys if they are going and whatnot. also something that will happen even though it's not mentionned anywhere : i will see with St1ckBuG if we could have something along the lines of CANADA vs USA (10 vs 10) or something like that because we are supposed to be invading them like we did for T12. concerning that 'inescapable' throw after a green burst there is only one way of escaping it and it's with a gold burst as soon as you land so it goes like this: you combo into the opponent green bursting in your face. you skillfully VTC that shit. you do 720 and see him falling into what's going to be 5620 dmg he goldburst at the time of the landing and you get salty.

did you watch the same videos as me? those tagers vs ragnas were horrible... letting them do 3 deadspikes in a row and just blocking for the sake of blocking... I mean come on at least try a sledge and be amazed that it can go through and either give you a CH combo or at worst he'll block... and this tager doing 5B at neutral against Noel is wishing to get 2D'd (which is what happens of course) vids are fun to watch but seriously I am not impressed by the Japanese players so far in terms of neutral games and matchup knowledge
