Ive just started playing Xrd and have a tough time anti airing anything Sol throws out! Whenever I try 6P or 2H they seem to always get CH. Im thinking that my timing might be off but Ive gotten frustrated with giving Sol free jump ins.

Its part of the mixup. Ill sometimes delay cruel attack to make it whiff and command grab/anti air grab depending on their tendencies. As far as lightning sometimes ill try and use it to space my 5C properly or run up and do nothing to bait them. ProudDisciple on XBL and PSN www.youtube.com/user/ProudDisciple

Thanks a lot for your inputs Siefer and Osuna! Osuna do you mind me asking specifics regarding what to follow into after the FC 5C? Honestly based on my situation I don't put in any lab time since what little time I do have to play, I prefer spending in matches. Try and learn as I go through trial and error. I'm not part of a scene and can only rely on netplay. When I can reading up and absorbing what I can from the forums and vids is what I rely on. As for me I play kanji because of the reasons stated above and honestly I like the challenge. I feel over time kanji will condition and prepare me to grow as a better player, over the rest of the cast. Being patient, instant blocking, making proper reads and punishes can help anyone be successful but with Kanji it almost seems necessary on a consistent basis. For me working hard for a win based on good decision making, solid defense and conditioning your opponent is priceless. ProudDisciple on XBL and PSN
