Ragna Jesus kick (5B) get buffed! lol this can be good!!! 5B is faster than 6A, but 6a probaly is a better opition, 6a is one of the bes anti-air in the game...

these changes are an addition to the changes of the 1st test, or they are changes for the current Ragna? B. Edge bounds higher? 3c is techable? 6A nerfed... he continues to be a good anti air? dash => 6A works? -
If the "ARCS" would cause the "6b" or the "tk GH" be faster, maybe 15-17 frames (difference of approximately 2 milliseconds), and offer an improved grap for Ragy. (More invc., more range ... i dont know much about the problems in grab, i know that is not very stable...) and return things like "5b> 6a", "normal 3c", "B. Edge (only with the damage nerf), combos "GH" follow up, I think ragy. would be well balanced ... I mean, if we consider that "D. Belial edge combo" and "22c loop" are going to be eliminated, the damage (and heat gain) of ragy. now takes a "considerable blow" ... if we add it to a "diminution of his damage in general" (BnB's around 3k / 3,5 k only ..) in exchange for a better mix-up Ragy. could become a much better character. it seems reasonable to get a better mix ... to compensate the two factors that made Ragy. a good character, " very good Heat gain and damage" => "normal damage and heat gain + better mix-up" moreover, it would make him less "noob friend", since the "mix-up" for Ragna need a little more training and experience to be used correctly and connect, much more Exp. than simple use his combos ... Note: this change could bring greater appreciation for the "blood kain", since he would again be an indispensable tool for any Ragna, to maximize your damage If ragy. become more dependent on BK, it would be even less "friend of the noobs and button mashers", since it would be necessary to learn the strategies and combos for Ragna/BK Ragna ... 3-7 in favor of Eddy! Wow! I must be "way off" then, swore he would not be more than 4-6 ... anyway, Pot. only has a great disadvantage against Eddy-Test. (Which come very close to being broken, have a zonning bordering on absurd), he fights as an equal, or advantage against all other characters in the game ... Note:lost in "practically a shot" is relatively common in GG. the world of "freaks" like Slayer, Pot., May. .. I know very well what is lost in "one shot", I was a Chipp player.... lol! I have horrible traumas with Pot. / Slayer!

I believe you are correct, however, after which they made with Ragna, I really begin to doubt that idea ... lol If it change the gameplay much, and it becomes a more difficult character to play, I consider acceptable ... but if they "destroy" him, I'll be disappointed ...

Pot is not "S-tier" because of characters like Testament and Eddy (which dominate the game). They have a capacity of Zoning out of the ordinary, which is too bad for a slow character and made to fight at close range ... The fact is, Pot is so good that its "mach-up" against Test. / Eddy is not enough to be "that Bad", I think this house in 4.0-4.5, if I'm not mistaken ... characters who struggle against the short distance and almost invincible Potekin, if used properly ... I can accept the idea that tagger need Buff., but sure! i don't want "Pot. 2" sorry for my english...

little bit harsh !? They have take a lot of very good things from Ragy, that has a Huge, like godzila, Nerf! Ragna C.S is as balanced as Haku, he sure have a very good damage but his mix up is only "normal", his grab is weak, his 6b over head is slow, the only thing that make his mix good is "rapid cancel"... i have to adimit, his heat gain is broken, in Duble belial combo, but if you take d. belial his heat gain turn in some thing very balanced... I really hope the final version of Ragna has a level at least comparable to the current version! I believe that makes him less "button masher" is something good, do it and makes it more difficult to "master" is something interesting, but take many of their key weapons and throws it in the bottom tier of the list is very sad!

as I said before, these are very small buffs, it's almost like he is the same haku. from "C.S"... i agree whit you! hakumen is balanced and perfect as a character ( from C.S 1.01 ), the thing is, evrybody, except for Haku., in the top 7, is getting nerfs.... In this first loctest ragy get destroyed, same thing to licht and for bang... Arakune get damage nerfed, hazama get small nerfs, carl get good nerfs (not sure, i know nothing about carl), but haku. is the same as before, a strong top 7 character ! Haku is balanced, yes, you are right, he's very good in C.S (same level of Ragy, carl, arakune and ,in my oppinion, hazama). but... if you make evryone of the other characters weaker he will get unfair advantage... can you get my point? note: sorry for my english...

the haku. buffs are very, very small. The thing is...evryone in top 6 is getting nerfs (hazama, arakune...) and "Huge" nerfs ( Ragy, litch...) only mid and low tiers are getting deserved Buffs, especialy Rachel, tsubaki... Haku. will stay the same? WTF! he need lose something, too !

I get your idea man, but when you say that "basic characters" often become a "minor threat" in serious games, reminds me of a certain "Dragon" .... with a "bayblade" like kick and a costume of "Goku" ... he is the most basic of basics, and still he is the best character in the game ... probably it is because of clon ... i mean, the characters, they have very similar styles, sometimes almost identical ... like dragon, dragon nerfed with blonde hair, dragon like the devil, with a strong attack (but with the defense of a little girl), one-eyed dragon, old dragon, dragon pink .... sorry for my english...

hey guy, smooshman, sorry for the joke "ice gay car freak" that I did with jin .... the case is that I actually got a little "traumatized" by the "ice car" of CT. at that time I had no access to the game, and my friend, who used to be massacred in GG, used to crush my Ragna ... in continuum shift the story has changed a lot ... I was thinking about it too man ... Ragy has a very good damage (4k + / 5-6k with heat), a spectacular gain of heat (D. Belial edge), wonderful "oki" game (22c), one of the best "pressure counter" (Jesus dragon punch, inferno divider, 623C), divine pokes (5b, 2b, 6a, jc ..), good mix up (compared to non-bang characters) and pressure (over head (6b), rapid cancel, 2b, death spike .....) and Soul heater to compensate for its defense weak ... His only weakness and the absence of projectiles ... I know that not having a reliable projectile can be a nightmare against characters that have a very strong zoning, but the overwhelming power that Ragna has always seemed to offset this weakness ... I wonder, what is missing in it? improved mix up,beter 6b maybe, more pressure, a projectile (to get close).... OBS: sorry for my english...

litch and bang are ok as "S" tier, but hazama as "S-", lol... i realy think that: ( S- )Arakune > ragna (A+ / A) >= ( A ) Carl, ( A ) Hakumen >= ( A/B ) Hazama, Tao (B) >= ( B / C+ ) lambda > others...others like ice car gay freak and poor Rachel, she deserve more than this, much more than "ice car gay freak"....

You need 100% heat and a "Break Burst", this is way too much!!! Astral heats are almost useless in serius matches, they are only for "trolling"... The system for "astral heats" need changes, some thing like... you have 1 astral heat, for the 2-3 Rounds in the fight, that cam be made when the opponent has only 20%-10% life, without Heat use or "Break Burst" !!! summarizing: Astral for free! only 1 time in the fight! it could even bring better balance to the game, think, weak characters like Rachel could have an astral very easy to connect, while stronger characters like bang could have nearly useless "astral heats".
