Ky isn't really a low-damage character, just generally lower than most other characters (like in comparison to Sol). Random confirms into 6K > stunedge loops hurt like a bitch. Then again, he is very meter-intensive... Also, his 5D and Greed Sever are 22 and 21 frames respectively. Delay from console subtracts 3 frames (roughly), and netplay can subtract anywhere from 2 - to - 4 (depending on the connection). Oh, and if you were standing after blocking something like his 6HS or charged stun edge, then Greed Sever is an 18 - frame overhead (13 online).
