For someone who is relatively new, you work is pretty good already! Keep on practicing on what you are good already, but don't forget to try adding something new when starting a new art such as new poses, clothes, angles and etc. It is also good to add new ideas even if it is just little by little to keep things interesting especially if you tend to sketch a lot. Keep it up man!
