Supposedly its just a big buff on your damage, think of it as a temporary unlimited form for your character maybe... so the lower your health, the longer it will last. The effects should stay the same from activation until it runs out. I dont know why it would grow stronger, maybe that only applies to certain characters, since it augments their abilities differently, so maybe they have basic buffs that everyone gets, along with a special ability *Overdrive* that they add empowering their drive moves or playstyle. -

What the hell are they doing to jin? This is some weird stuff. I dont even know what to make out of all these weird changes. I think that a chargeable ice car would be useful if it ties into being able to guardbreak for free, otherwise what do you get out of that? And the way they tinkered with his ice swords... what is this? Not to mention they screwed around with sekkajin again, jin had better gain meter like crazy, because it seems like hes going to need a lot of it in order to do splendid combos, that or use overdrive in a certain way. I know im not using sekkajin if i have to burn 25 meter for an ice follow up, and why isnt it launch anymore...? Guess the only hope left is the air to ground DP. Lol how do you punish people for trying to anti air you? Insanity. I wonder if the C version will combo, i know that these changes will encourage jin to jump around more, seeing as he will literally own the air. -

Jin Changes Changed Move: Sekkajin Input is now 22C, has followups. New Move: Hizansen j.214C New Move: Hizangeki j.214D Changed Move: Hiyoku Getsumei Can be performed in the air. 236B and 236C removed 214A removed 623A removed Well, that could be a problem. Eh some of this stuff is scratch head worthy.. they removed the fast and slow versions of ice blade? They removed the fast version of blizzard and apparently sekkajin has some weird ice follow up for 25 meter, id rather just mash C instead unless it does some major damage... Air Getsumei is nice, unless its like, well the way it is now. Air DP may be a nice quick overhead, i see it as a tradeoff for the A fubuki/blizzard, and the D version should probably freeze. I wonder if you can still spam ice blades, except by jumping now, it cant be gone entirely, maybe they just got rid of the ground versions. Im unsure about what the ice mechanic is like before the overdrive and after, so im ignoring that for now. -

That would be interesting, and for some people pretty hard to read, i guess this is where the "Certain moves" thing comes in. regardless, the fact that you need to barrier block to protect yourself from being guard crushed must hold some significance to the game. If they guess wrong they risk being vulnerable, however if they guess right you waste 25 meter which isnt all that bad, and are probably left in a punishable state depending on the move you did. Or you could reset pressure and threaten to break their guard again, so while they are worried about being guard crushed, you have the option of simply grabbing... -

Maybe it would still have the same effect on them. Either 3 things may happen 1.They get stunned 2.The attack you were using before loses its guard crushing properties since they werent blocking? 3.Its treated as if they were blocking even if they werent, so you would follow up normally. Hmm.. maybe 1 or 3 for trigger crush. Overdrive lasts longer depending on how low your health is, so im assuming that most people wont use it at max health because it might make your special combos less significant in damage and situation. If ragnas blood kain is being replaced by it, perhaps it can be canceled? It makes you invincible when you use it and it also freezes time. And the specific moves for trigger crush? What is that supposed to mean? A normal move or a special move? Perhaps using an overhead would suffice in activating it, since it takes time to hit them... Also would it be possible to overdrive in the air? -

One can only block for so long. Besides i was talking about the damage itself- dat meterless. I just hope ragna isnt ridiculous in this BB. And does jins ice actually freeze without overdrive...? Or does it merely make them REfreeze? Unsure about the properties. -

Jins Overdrive should be nerfed, also that Getsumei is just too broken, that needs to be nerfed as well. Actually just nerf everything. Who ever heard of air DPS? I can see people spamming blades and then canceling into that. If that is an overhead, its about time seeing as 6A was so sad. Looking forward to this. This whole Overdrive thing is a great idea. -

In laymans terms, it sounds like you just cant block, this is something many players have trouble with. Well you know the rules, if you cant block, theres only one other option, DP to victory. But your going to need to learn how to react to opponents, after a few matches you should be able to easily understand when something changes in their attack patterns, like a sudden pause, or they retreat knowing that their pressure has lost power, thats when you get in there and attack them.

Well the first thing you wanna do is hit training mode and try to be a good as you can be, then when you feel good enough, (You should stay in training mode for about 3 years, joking* you should at least get used to a character, this can take a week to several months depending on your affinity and how much work you put in) Then you play other people, either online or locally, and interact with your new rivals or whatever. Its all about getting better, and you can do that in several ways, but you wont get better unless you put in that effort, play or you wont improve at all. You'll figure it out as you go along, you should be able to tell whos on your level and whos not, especially when you start off all new and what not.

From what i see, your jins okay, i like some of the things you do in here, but you need to stop wasting good meter on dumb stuff, also, dont be afraid to yukikaze, it is not a bad thing to toss one in there every now and then, using hirensou 623D DP should be adjusted more corner opportunity, get them on those silly jump outs., 623D DP. Also, with 2D you want to be as far away from the opponent as possible, 2D is a weird move, and its not even that safe.. what with the meager plus you get on block. Generally, use it as a modified poke and see how the opponent reacts, you seem to like getting in, so dont even use 2D unless the situation calls for it. You want to make sure you've made your opponent scared of you in order to set up for a proper 2D as anyone will just block it and mash out knowing you aren't safe. Just try to sneak in your favorite moves and keep them blocking. Taking pressure is bad, especially for jin now, one of the reasons i took a leave of absence. Your goal as jin is to get your opponent in the corner ASAP by whatever means, and once that happens, your options wont be as limited, play with your opponents head, goof off, and dont eat any of their attempts to get out, because then you'll be in a bad situation, and you will have to use more of your resources to win. Are there any good jin videos to look at? Im bored and i want to see how the competition is nowadays. And dont be scared to use 5B, its a good move, just dont overspam it.

Lol you should pick a character (GET IT? CHARACTER?) that you like. Take that however you want. Remember now, whether its a character you actually are interested in, or rather its one you like because its [iN] Is up to you. I picked jin because he was an ass hole n could freeze ppl. Im an asshole. Thar u go. Also, the best part about having a main is dat dey grow with u. I mean, ur getting finger sores off dem foolz am i right? The char with the best damage output is tager *Lol* Well, to be scientific i mean.
