Haku's requires a less extreme OD (can be done in yellow hp) and is way more practical than raw OD > immediate point blank stein burst, so yeah, still think Haku's is worse... 'worse' in a good way... or... whatevs...

Well we really don't know too much backstory about Nu, but we know Noel basically lived a Murakumo-interferenceless life up until the events of CT, I'd assume their upbringing and surroundings have a lot to do with their differences in non armored forms.

It's pretty obvious that they are waiting to announce a new character into the roster. Kokonoe's codes didn't work (kk), and if it were a new character, the total number would go up with their announcement, just like Nu, Mu, and Izayoi adding to it. Take-Mikazuchi and old Tsubaki yes, SoE no, pantsu no, Phase Shift has its own (complete) set. For weapons, every existing character code has been tested, which means it's either a character or weapon that has not shown up at all in any other icon, or is an extension off an existing character's code, or, a completely new (non 2-letter) version of a character's code.

Because I just love doing oddly large amounts of effort for minimal reward, I went and re-made Noel's new sprite in Chrono Phantasma in MSPaint since the rip was to scale. After re-creating/cleaning the Nu pallet (the least grainy image), I then recolored it (which was obnoxious since the Nu pallet reuses a ton of colors), then created an Index, and then voila, re-did all of the Noel pallets, so now we have a very clean image for Noel's extra pallets. http://kurushii.tv/Chaoschao/Dustloop/Chrono/Graphics/Noel/Chrono_Noel_Palettes_7-16.png As the week goes on I'll work on the other characters (new ones excluded as they do not have existing sprites nor are their ripped ones scaled 1:1), but some really compressed ones like Nu and Tager will be harder to identify the correct color to use at some points. But hey, the worst is outta the way with Noel complete~

Hakumen's 9k OD combos have required the Mid or Low OD setting (not sure which it is) and are reliant on having 100 heat and being relatively close to the corner. I'm sure with the same parameters, Makoto might be able to get around there as well. Also, Haku's OD has been shown to already be pretty high up there in quality and salt-mining, just because his is great doesn't mean Makoto's isn't good.

Ultimately doesn't Tsubaki have to save herself? The strength of heart required to face oneself has been made manifest and whatnot?
