I don't think any board has two, they either have an info-only thread and I guess their discussion happens in their general threads, or their changes threads also are for discussion. So this thread can be both, just so long as the first post remains infotastic, we should be fine. since that way users don't have to sift through idle chat/speculah to find out what's new with Noel.

I think it's fine, most of the Chrono threads on the character boards are for changes and discussion, so long as confirmed changes remain updated in Lith's first post, it should be fine for some speculation and discussion here. Wants may be a bit iffy though.

CS1 j.4D was utter garbage though, and this coming from someone who used it waaaay too much.... It was too slow and not invulnerable enough to really be worth it...
