Ok I contacted the Concord Hilton, Looks like they can host it, but it will be 1300$ for a 2000 square feet ball room space. They said its about 100 more for dedicated internet. Chun, I'm going to PM you there contact information if you want to follow up!

I'm looking at places in concord, though I don't know how much we are willing to spend on a venue. I'm checking out the concord hilton since it seems nice and has a lot of space for us and internet access. I'm going to be calling them on Monday to see I can get a quote. anyways I'll keep you guys posted. So far no luck on any of other places I have contacted. Rin shadow brooke is too small for BNCI, it would work for a regular gathering.
