  1. they all punish it.... unless you go 2d right after and get really lucky, like if he does a buster right after you can 2d and you get aerial , j.4d will almost always be punished. not a single drive move has a start up less than 6 frames (ie: b tager buster) so rapid cancel or hope your opponent cant 360. edit: im also pretty sure if ur magnetized he can astral you off of the recovery frames. idk though noels drive frame data is really confusing. I'd just suggest not using it unless ur punishing atomic collider
  2. Ok, sounds good. My friend is a bastard as tager so anything helps. Plus I play him so often that we know each others play styles in and out.

  4. Hey quick question. A lot of times when i play my friends tager I stay away and so does he. So the battle usually lasts a while with me just snipping him with optic barrel. BUT! about half the time he gets me into the corner(sparkbolt nonsense and 2d and such)... Then he begins this stupid magnetized pressure. Its like 5a,5a,5a,5a,5a,236a,5d. For some reason I haven't found a way out. Is this actual pressure or am I not seeing something?
  5. A full year of CT(first fighting game I ever played).... When my friend found the shortcuts I thought he was god. GOD!!. I had absolutely no idea how he was pulling out all of his moves so easily and he didn't tell me for like 2weeks:arg:. Followed by 2months to just be able to use my special moves, 3 months of combo and half a year or so worth of practice until CS came out. After struggling through CT, CS only took like a month...Though i still screw up bullet storm online..
  6. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to punish hazama shooting ourobouros down from the air or from halfway across the screen. Specifically when he uses it to dash. While he's whipping through the sky he seems soo punishable but idk
  7. Idk about you guys but honestly just using 2d as soon as you get in range does it for me. Most noels, when fighting other noels start combos at about the end of 2d's range and after its started usually loose to 2d (or use their own 2d, in this case whoever started first wins). Obviously there are limits but, its a fairly stable way. Oh and 4d whenever they jump into the air to punish whatever foolish thought they came up with.
  8. Does that really work? Well usually tager grabs me midscreen but, when I'm fleeing into the corner I usually get stuck...then proceed to die.
  9. Yea and when he dashes as a wolf blocking is the best choice. Most of his wolf moves are faster and have more range than noels pokes and drive invinciblity fails as well. So yea wait or eat a wolf combo
  10. Wow 6.7k huh. Well its not like you really use heat against tager for anything aside from combo finishers so it sounds like a fine combo to me.
  11. Meh, Im gonna stick to 4d cuz its been working for me. I mean everything is risky duh... so im gonna stick to what I already know

Yea but using 3c is way riskier... 4d is safer... u can do it over again right afterwards and if you accidently start a drive chain and tagers like hey lets hit him with spark volt while hes being a noob on the otherside of the screen u can just 4d it. It is superior to 3c in sparkvolt dodging quality.
  13. Actually dodging spark volt is really easy, if you see it coming. Just use 4d and it whiffs right through you. So bait at the end of the screen. You can usually pull 4d out on relfex
