Well playing GG since X2, and other fighting game, but was never a fan of options select, i think OS take away lots of mind game, it's just the easy way to avoid mind game, so i never learned them. But Pot is so shitty atm, I think i'll try them out. What are Pot good OS? (knowing that I'm a total noob at OS)

Do u think that his combos will change drastically? I'm so bored of the thousand updates of this game, having to relearn everything, even 1.1 was killing me, having to relearn almost everything. With P4 out, i don't know if I'll have the strength to relearn combo from scratch for VK, also it's my favourite characters, all fighting game included ( and i play Fg till GG reload). from what I see from the first videos, he seems not to have changed so much, but well, it's day one... With P4, XRD, and a kid coming in december, I don't know if I can follow Arcsys updated with my irl time left haha.

So I can print all this and go in the lab. :p The combo thread is a mess, so I hope that these combos are the one to go, the most optimal and praticable. Am I good with these? :p

Wow, thanks a lot! Already having less problems against her since 2 3 weeks. Lost against her in semi finals in a tournament but when we plays against each other it's even now. Backdash is GODLIKE against her, you're right. My friends already rages against this. IB tatami is also a must, well, IB everything is godlike against her. Zoning her with 5S is also very good, it eats most of her air dash attacks. I was having trouble doing the PB FRC follow up against her, but I found out that it's way easier doing 5S 2S after the FRC by holding 6. And it changes everything, now he respects the PB. :p Now I'm raging against Venom and Eddie (fuck his drills, seriously), but at least I'm raping Baiken now.

Hy there. Been replaying GG after having stopped before AC comes out (like 5 years ago) and changed Bridget to Potem, and I'm having hard time against Baiken. Well, I get crushed by a German Dizzy but at least I know it's a hard match up (damn it's like V13/Tager, can't even approach her), but Baiken drives me nuts. I get zoned out like hell, her late ad j.s beats everything, and besides random PB I can't attack her, I just eat her f...ing counters. If I try to bait them with, say 2S PB or backdash, she goes for another counter (her somersault-like counter) which I can't even punish. If she time's it right I can't punish her falling Tatami meety by doing IB PB, I can't anti air her jump, I can't approach her (lol jD jS air tatami). Worst of all her guard point run drives me nuts, Potem moves are to slow, to punish it. I mean, a Baiken who doesnt vary her counter moves is easy, but a good Baiken player who knows changing her counter is hell. WTF am I doing wrong. Since reload I hate fighting this character, it's horrible not being able to attack. This is just the worst character in fighting game history. u_u :rage: BTW the tips against Baiken posted in the first page are useless to me. :x

No air koenig combo after 6C 2C 6B 2C Moondlicht? ATM I still haven't seen a really amazing and damaging combo. Don't remember who said that VK was still able to output 5k damage, but I still need to see this. :/ But yeah, I was afraid of some mixup loses, but he's still crasy in this domain (loses lower boddy w 5A, but w 5C is scary )

Watched a bit, nice Valk, but yeah, a lot of missed combos sadly. I'd point out also a lack of hitconfirming some stuff, but hey, it was online... Hope to fight against you sometimes online if we have good connection again, maybe we can learn each other some good stuff. I almost always play Valk now, but my Tager need to learn the match up too so we won't do mirros only If I'm not too lazy I'll put some vids on my YT channel too, my latests vids are from CS1...

Haven't seen any vids from the 2 VK that are qualified for SBO, Senchou and Joker. :/ Sad that my favorite VK players (Hima and Masashi) aren't qualified.

In the first post it says that 360B 2B 2C AC works on Litchi without magnetism, but I can't get it done without it. Is this an error or am I doing something wrong? I can't follow it with 2B AC either. Don't know if I suck at it, but I managed it on Ragna, but on Litchi I tried for a few minutes and never succeded. :/ edit: ok must be a bad day, didn't manage to do it on Ragna either. Don't know what's happening. edit2: ok managed it several times on Ragna, but on Litchi I just can't... I found it hard to do on Ragna, and I am almost only playing online, I think that it will be hard to do during a fight.

Got a stupid question here, don't know if it has been already discussed. In the latest vids, we see Galileo and Pet doing the jD j2c combo on a magnetized opponent. Well, in the first page this combo isn't listed, and I was aware of it but I didn't use it at all ( maybe some CS1 gimmick). I was wondering if this combo was better over the classical COllider 6B, or if it was just situationnal. Man so much question about Tager lately, since CS2 I was all over VK. But now I'm coming back to my first love! <3

Encountered my first Tao this morning, very frustrating match up. We just can't jump on her and when she's attacking I don't know when to hit her. :/ Definitely need to learn the MU. Any good tips?

Ok thanks. But IBing 5B in a blockstring (5B, 5CC for example) doesn't work, right? Really need to play against her more to see overheads and 2C coming. It's like Ragna, didn't see his 6B at the beginning but now I almost don't get hit byt it anymore.
