This probably belongs in the Beginner Mode forums, but anywho, Cake aside; In all seriousness, try seeing if anyone is playing online by checking the Netplay General thread. This'll help with finding practice online. Also be sure to look at the Match Finder forums near the top to see if your area already has a scene going for you to join for offline play, which is a lot better and more consistent for practice than online. Something you can do, (Kaqn does it and I do it myself), is after a corner Belial Edge, dash in and do 5D(1) > Deadspike > (Dash) 3C. This will allow you to get the 22C/Hell's Fang oki a little easier, while sacrificing some of the heat Inferno Divider helps you gain. On a bit of an unrelated noted, this will also prevent the repeat proration on the Inferno Divider Straight Punch follow up from kicking in (10% dalkjdljfdl) should you decide to do the dash 5A link after 22C, so you can do some silly things if you have heat like tack on an extra Carnage Scissors for good measure after it. Just keep practicing and do what feels comfortable for you in the middle of matches. Ragna has a surprising amount of room for experimenting with how to end his combos and handle his oki, so just keep trying new things until you find what you like best. Spam Deadspike like it's better than Inferno Divider -shot-
