It's funny. I couldn't make it out last night, but a friend of mine had me over and HE had Mario Party. So I figured, "let's see what all the hype is about. It can't be that bad, right?" ...never again. Almost broke his console before switching to DOA5.

Had finals all day yesterday so I didn't get a chance til now, but (here comes my failure of knowing part names) the metal part the wire connects to is wriggling and it's not on the button. This thing. The one on the bottom wiggles, the other one doesn't at all. Also there's red gunk covering the screws inside the stick too.

I'd be up for trying some Darkstalkers. See how crazy that game can really be and if I want to bother with another Capcom game. In fact, I was trying the other night on stick (omg shocker) but my X button doesn't work anymore. All my hype and anticipation went kaput. I don't know what the problem is with it, but do you think it's an easy fix?

As for Skullgirls, I opted not to play it since combos can last way too dang long and makes me think of Marvel. Then I found out it was SUPPOSED to be reminiscent of MvC2. Ah, well. Sunday... I'll try. Again.

Mechanic starts tomorrow morning and hopefully no longer than a week to complete. I'm pretty ecstatic right now.
