We understand that you are excited to get your hands on the game. There are a number of factors going on behind the scenes that have prevented us from speaking out as to the fate of Phantom Breaker and until all avenues have been explored and all parties involved reached an agreement, the fate is still uncertain as of this time. [+] 6B gatlings to only 6A, 5D, 2D, 6D, and specials+above Okay.... [+] 5D(2) recovery is shorter [x] Blood Scythe seems really slow but relatively safe due to its absurdly short recovery So on block, why not finish with any of these options to make 6B safer if it's as unsafe as all that? Just a thought. Dunno how much safer 5D(2) is, but i wouldn't recommend it. :P

I fucked around with VP for a little while after downloading it and yeah....it has pantyshots. But games like AP and other 2D fighting that are face paced!? How do you even notice pantyshots? I'm too bust worrying about having Tamaki's grapple range and Sasara's DP's. Sidenote: any more rumors of a PSN release?

Agreed, but i don't see ANYONE looking at this roaster and getting super hyped. Also as far as dream matches i think AquaPazza picked a great cast.

The other DLC character is from a game called Starhawk. Soo...What the hell is Starhawk, and why haven't i heard of it? If it played such a crucial part is playstation's success, i assume i would've heard more about it. No Wanderer from SoTC? No Pyramid head? No Gex? No Aya Brea? no Dart from LoD? I know a few of these require licensing rights, but most of these games are available on PSN. I'm sure the companies wouldn't charge completely ridiculous licensing fees considering the amount of free promotion. If they start announcing great characters as DLC then maybe people will care, but with this current roster, i wouldn't even waste the time to download the demo.

Im in Jersey too, but i haven't been online much. Usually, the only time im even playing any fighting games is when someone stops by to play locally. I'll add you just in case i get some free time.

I just use the Guilty Gear soundtrack, and "Men at work- Land Down Under" for the Poolside level. :P I noticed people tend to turtle less when listening to GG.

Rainbow dash is unfinished but they used her. Seems she has a flight mode.

I completely agree. I set my A+B button where B would normally be. Since B will always have more priority over A, it always comes out as B. This includes the B version of specials as well. I haven't dropped a combo into air super since ^_^ Also i just got DOA5 so i'm probably going to be playing it locally tonight. But i'll sign on to Aquapazza tomorrow night. Add me.

Im pretty much over Tekken tag 2. Time to build a good country again genghis khan! Those Rina assist combos in the video have me thinking its time for an assist change.

Sasara is long range, no weird projectiles though. You can always pick an assist with projectiles like Ma-Ryan.

Im not sure how long you've been playing but i seem to be getting a LOT of the Tekken 6 character specific costumes from Ghost Battles. The "Gold plated" opponents give you them at random. The higher your rank, the more frequently you see the gold title fights, so it ups your chances of getting better items. I've still yet to receive any sort of "hair bangs" for any character though. I'm hoping that they kept most of the stuff from T6, because the starting equipment is really bland. Also, i hit a few jackpots with the Lucky Box, i've gotten 10 at once, at least twice, which game massive amounts of cash and CS items. Opinion: Personally i think SCV has much better stuff than 4 if you know how to use it right.

Go right ahead man. I've been sticking to local play in the past couple of days because me and my friends are all at the same level at the moment. But we'll be hopping online by the end of the week. So you'll be fighting a few different people (and characters) from the same PSN id.

Konomi stuff: 5A> 2B> Curry Special connects in the corner. Since her combos are great for carrying people to a corner, im gonna play around with idea to use it as an ender for something much bigger. Update: 2B> Curry Special connects anywhere. 2B > B+C > 66 > 5B > 623X Damage: 3415-3666 (Replace 5B with 6B to make the 623X even easier)

You can download the game on JP PSN, no need to bust out the old systems. Just buy a JP PSN card from playasia or something and make a JP account

Her BC causes a pop up, and the range on the super is very short. You have to dash a bit to make it connect. But it works fine in the corner. You just need to time it so you don't catch them as their flipping in the air. I did some local play, and i found a few setups for the move. Also the Fan chick is unusable. She has glasses. And chicks with glasses are gross.

Out of curiosity, Is there anyway to view the pics for Another Story's endings? (aside from rebeating it)

Yeah i knew it was air unblockable, and its good in case someone tries to jump when cornered. The only thing that worries me is that it has no invinciblity, so if someone jumps and attacks, they might be able to hit you. But i guess most people wouldn't jump and attack because of her DP. I never even thought about using it after HS. I'll test it tomorrow.

I might have found some useful ways to land Konomi's curry special. The most practical is using it to punish a DP before the opponent lands. WIP method: If your opponent blocks an (air)236A then you can go into the curry special as soon as you touch the floor. So in theory, if the opponent uses anything slower then the curry special, which seems relatively fast, you'll be able to land it. I know that if you cause a guardbreak with j.236A you land in perfect position for the curry special. There's gotta be a practical use for it...and i think im getting close to finding one. :/
