  1. Hello Haku-MEN I'm new so please forgive my ignorance if this has already been discussed I just haven't found an answer while searching yet. In: 623a~a, j.2c, V, 2c, sj.2a, ad.2a, j.5c [or] throw, gurren, d.5a, sj.5a, j.5b, dj.2a, dj.5c Are the super jumps really nessecary? Every time I super jump my j.5c whiffs. Every time I jump cancel normally the j.2a still combos and my j.5c doesn't whiff(I've even tested this on Carl and it works fine). I didn't play Hakumen in CT so once again pardon the lack of knowledge on a subject I would imagine is common knowledge.
  2. @LordSpectreX and ZONG_one Thanks for the help I kinda combined the tips and realized my problem. They were teching in the time it took me to go from: 9~66 (gap) 4.B Now I just 7 jump, dash and immediately do j.Ax2 to keep the combo up. Works like a charm.
  3. @Zidane and Kazukifafner Thanks guys I've given your advice a try and it works well. Also yeah the damage is awesome from a double jayoku combo but it's is rarely used in real play. One is amost always more than enough. I'm just one of those guys who wants to be able to do the hardest thing possible with any character and this seems to be hazama's "BIG THING" so that's why I was wondering. Thanks again!
  4. Hello Arakune guys!!! I'm a Hakumen/Hazama main and have just been giving other characters a try. I was trying to do: 6A, 5D, (JC), IAD, j.4B, 5A, 6B, j.6D I can never get the IAD to work (9~6 input that is) and it seems a traditional air dash (9~66) takes too long so they tech before j.4B can connect. I tried to do IAD standing and it seems like the timing is really weird because of his jump animation. Am I missing something? Any tips?
  5. The double Jayoku combo is giving me an aneurysm. Unfortunately this section still leaves me with questions. I've tried a few variations and this is what I seem to be getting: 1) They tech before (dash) 3c can hit. 2) I hit the (dash) 3c and Jayoku whiffs. 3) I have yet in my hours of training mode been able to connect this!!! From watching numerious videos of Buppa and Zakiyama and finding when they preform this combo. I've figured that it must be the placment of my opponent before 623d hits that's screwing me. This is what I believe the proper spacing should be: ------------------------- --------------X---------- They should be full screen height and above me ---------------\--------- at about a 60 degree angle. Is this Correct? ------------------------- --------O/--------------- <- Heat Bar Height --------|---------------- I know about buffering dashes and all of that so I know it's not my dash being late that's getting me. I don't know what else to do. Please those more knowledgeable then me help a noob out. EDIT: Here is what I'd like to know... What are the variables involved with 623d that control, 1) landing distance from Hazama, 2) frame advantage/disadvantage upon landing
