I am talking about hop agito (66 214A) as an ender. A lot of combos can be modified to make it so that you can end it with hop agito, but you're gonna be spending 1 extra star because it'll need gurren, and sometimes be getting less damage than its original variation. A basic example of a combo with hop agito with forward throw starter: (4) F. Throw> CT > 6A > 6B > 5A > Gurren > hop > agito Or if you're trying to conserve stars (1) F. Throw > hop > agito A combo with 5B/5C starter: (4) 5B/5C > kishuu > enma > fj2C > delay 5B > j2A > fj2C > 5A > j2A > fj2C > 5A > gurren > hop > agito Need to delay the 5B after the first j2C right, otherwise this combo won't work. Another combo with 5B/5C: 5B/5C > renka > hop > 5A > 5B > j2A > fj2C > 5A > gurren > hop > agito Delay the first 5A a bit.

Has anyone ever discussed ending combos with hop agito in here? I found that it's amazing for oki mixup, you can choose between land> 2B > combo, or airdash > jB > combo, or land> CT, or land throw, or land > overhead, and if you're suspecting a reversal just land> block. Ofcourse any option where landing is involved after hop agito you gotta do a whiff jB (it will always whiff even if you input it at the earliest possible moment) so as to prevent delay tech.

You can chat through the game without having to open up a chat room via the PS3 XMB, but only in an online battle room. Just connect your headset, then you'll see a 'Volume' icon next to your name in the room, which means it works and you can talk with your friend(s).

Actually, charging CT does not drain more barrier on block. It drains exactly the same as non-charge CT.

Ok, was doing some testing to see at which distance DS is considered advantageous on IB, and I found out that at close to mid-range, IB 5A can hit you if you try to 5A immediately afterwards, and at the max DS distance where your follow up 5A won't whiff, there's a 1-frame gap they can dp you. So, like, is DS a bad move? How long have I not known this? Why wasn't it posted anywhere visible?

Well, like you said it doesn't work with enma starter at all unless you're willing to spend more stars or are in the corner, but combos with renka(1)>kishuu ( in combos where cancelling into zantetsu isn't possible), it works with CT and zantetsu, combos where you can hit an aerial opponent with the top of 5C's vertical hitbox (like in corner enma > jC wallstick or hotaru > corner jC wallstick> 5C combos).

OK, so now that Haku's meter gain is less, we're gonna have to try our hardest to keep our feet planted firmly on the ground for most meter gain (during combos of course). I say we should use 6A>6B in place of one rep of the j2A> falling jC loop, seems to do the roughly the same amount of damage.

Just recently found out that jumping over an opponent with single normal jump does not cause your character to turn, but super-jump does. Was this known before?

If not today, then Dec 31st (last Tuesday of the year). New year's eve miracle. Honestly it's pretty ridiculous that they waited till the very last week of the year (assuming they still plan on releasing the patch "Before the end of 2013")
