  2. most of it is char specific.. theres also OS DP against cross up (421+barrier) and for ragna 22A~C OS beats tech roll, delayed tech, quick tech, and still leaves you in advantage if they emergency tech. i don't see JP people using this for some reason..

  4. its SBO qualifier weekend, there's bound to be a good amount of people.. thought the CS2 cabinet had pad ports too, since AE does. oh well
  5. i think i'll go does the UFO CS2 cabinet have ps3 pad port? or is it ps2? or does it not have it at all (i remember someone saying it had one, not sure though)

  8. theres a timing for 5c where it will 1. hit meaty if they neutral tech asap 2. hit rolls attempts even if they try to roll asap if you whiff a 5c to try to catch roll attempt you will get sad. 2b is even worse. in corner, 2a/os jh catches rolls. of course, you are still at risk of getting DP'd, and you sacrifice some mix up options with 5c midscreen --- anyone want me to try and bother making a CS2 list of IB houtenjin kinda gaps/almost guaranteed punishes? tbh the only gap (that isnt obvious) know of right now that is sort of guaranteed is tsubaki's 2b. most cs2 attacks can be made air tight even on IB, even if their SD comes out to -7 or more, lol..
  9. i delay jakou so it doesnt whiff them..if i do it immediately it doesnt reach some chars
  10. so, is there any way to hit jakou on some chars (bang, hakumen so far.. probably more) on somewhat prorated starters into 6d4dj8d? because of proration, they tech out if i delay even a little bit

  12. scrub tuesday @ monsters arcade starting at 6:30pm or so, $6 entry, last until 4:00 AMish. smiley's sports bar wednesday, 18+, i believe venue fee is $5 or so. starts at 8pm or so, ask ABK on SRK for details austin tournament coming up on the 30th, as well as the dallas tournament on the 7th/8th i believe PZ hosts MvC3 weeklies every thursday/friday, i am not really sure on the details though. if you're interested in coming to random casual gatherings, you could ask jan (on srk or if you come tomorrow, he'll be @ monsters most likely)

  17. jill is very assist reliant tbh i feel that she is the kind of character that needs a wall jump/double jump/air dash, or at least feral dash mid air
