Here's an alternative set of templates I made from the portraits from each lady's trailer. I used the information Urichinan posted to name the layers. I've got no skills at art, so you'll probably need to adjust/hack some of the layers to get your colors right. I wanted to add "Starring ... as [palette's character name]" around the block with the starlet's name, but like I said, I'm terrible with art. I've taken the information Urichinan posted and made multi-layered Gimp XCF files from some of the templates posted here.
