Could always use my Rise Kujikawa figure... Wait, actually, nah screw that, I'll just buy like a pack of Gel pens or something XD Ya no, Birmingham already have a good scene, don't they have that 'Electronic Dojo' thing going on this summer? My scene consists of me and one other anonymous player, since only one copy was brought by our Gamestation, which was pre-ordered by said anonymous person.

You could always make one yourself =) I should make one at my house, then I could just sit on my ass and not worry about getting to London :3 EDIT: Oh and just to be sure, Is there an age limit to SvB or even Astral Heat?
-
Any news on SvB?

Baaaahhh Tales. I'll probably get Tales of Graces F at some point, no real rush though. Anyone getting Amoured Core 5?
-
Wut? This forum is kept alive because of it's "off-topicness", without it, I'm pretty sure this thread would of died. At least we're not as bad as NVG...
-
Really? What could possibly make you want to pull one all of a sudden? If you don't mind me asking btw. Talk to Scott for some expert advise, he pulls them a lot =P I've had my fair share of them since I have a very difficult time falling asleep. Even now it's very rare for me to go to sleep before 1am.

Wait, so your saying Grandia was better then FF7? I could also number alot of other PS1 RPGs that raised a much higher standard then G1. Sorry, I thought G1 came out in '99, but that was for the US. So my comment about being the last best game in the 90s is wrong. EDIT: Has anyone ever played the masterpiece named Threads of Fate?
-
Chazzy old boy, I could sit here and talk about G2 all day, but I don't want to because I would prefer to do it during Business Studies tomorrow. In any case, G1 did not set any set any "bars" at all, though it was the last best game to come out in the 90s. It's story was lacking somewhat as well. I'm pretty sure the only reason you love it is because of nostalgia. In fact, I'll probably "obtain" it on my PSP-PSN to play it tonight - I can;t say too much since I haven't played it in 4 years. :S Thanks for the info, I knew you had to delay something, sorry on the annotation - making up Tsubaki combos that don't work :S Kiba, this is why (Brace Yourself)

... in till you played it on Infinite Climax mode. Well at least it wasn't no Dante Must Die.

Honestly, I agree with EX. Grandia 2 had defined probably one of the best battle systems ever created along with Shadow Hearts. G1 was great in it's own way, but G2 healed the wounds of it's predecessor and created something beautiful, that and the fact that no one has a mouth :O. As for Hack & Slash, Bayonetta is easily my favorite of all time - I really wish for a sequel. I also love too bits the No More Heroes story, but the gameplay was just plain meh. Oh and Kiba, since the Tsubaki forums probably hate me, can I ask you what the exact trick is behind the jCC IAD 5C? Applying that the 5C whiffs. Thanks.

I'm like an hour car jounery away, but no car. I'll have my licence by the end of this year (Hopefully). Trains are cool, but I have bad experiences >.< :S Going back onto Tsubaki, I remember my pressure invovling 2A, 5B(B), 2B(B) and fuck loads of 5D cancels lol.
-
I enjoy watching a good Tsubaki (Like Kiba), surprisingly, a lot more then I do with Valk (Probs cuz' I always play agaisnt a Valk player). Valk, in my opinion, is the best character in the game.

I never said it was a problem to deal with, it's just a lot of people do it, but I do have very limited Tsubaki experience. Might give her a little go when I get home, she seems hella' fun, 22D unblockable mix-ups all day.
-
I wanted to pick up Tsubaki for CS2, but picked Platinum instead since most of the Tsubakis on netplay spamed specials (j[D] > j214D) so I never really saw he amazing side to her. At the end of CS2, I began watching a few good Tsubakis from JP and I really feel for her again, but the Extend nerf made me forget her. A friend of mine is learning Tsubaki... I may join him, I really want to, but I gotta' stop neglecting my Platinum >.< I lover her pressure and mix-ups, I just don't like the idea of standing full screen spamming specials, which reminds me, is 236D safe on block? (Don't know extend frame data). Baa, I'm going crazy lol, back to IT coursework...

@YukiBlue All those characters take a lot of commitment. Carl and Rachel both have a very unique style that you'll also have to learn and master along with everything else, this will be difficult at first. Tsubaki will make your BB career depressing for the first time you pick her up, but I'm sure Kiba would give you a lot of help with her. If your a netplay hero then Tager is cool, but offline, Tager takes some dedication (Sledge is not a command dash). Pick one that you really enjoy playing and stick with them. I made a mistake of playing loads of characters in CS2 (9k matches overall and only 1.4k with my main/top-used, Platinum) and my Platinum is not as good as I want her to be. @Chaz Yo man, I was ill all this weekend so I didn't get to play any Makoto mirrors with chuuu =( Next weekend, we must.

True, I mean you just recently lost the title of UK's Rachel.

As per usual, I have no means of getting there. yippie! -.-

There is also the Unblockable set-up. Throw all three bombs on your opponent's wake-up and upgrade to super hammer. Quickly tk.D and it should be unblockable providing that they respected it. Allows 5C follow-up into big damage.

Try ask the Bang forums.

What's his problem with bubble? Does he continually tech into it? Then that's completely his problem.
-
I was disoppointed, needed more astrals.

Stream Monsters? It was only me =) Zoular = UK's Rachel. Sorry bro, it's the way it goes. :P

Doesn't matter how ass the editing was, anything with Lina Inverse in it is amazing.
