Tried to pick up Rachel in CS1... Time out wins against level 20s. Dropped. I'm not really liking Plat at the moment, so I'm looking at Rachel again. I believe to get the best match up experience is to play the character yourself. Not like I'm going to main her or anything, but I want to get to know her a bit more (I got some bad habits against her). My question is how she is in EX. My copy is yet to arrive and I'm not sure if these Tutorial/Mix-Ups threads are still available to her in extend. Does she good potential in EX or has been nerfed enough to be put in C tier (I saw a Tier List of her there). Thanx. (I swear if Hex replies to this post about me subbing Tsubaki....)

Try play a match-up without relying on items (Not pressing D once in a match, that's gotta' be difficult for you ). But yeah, having your match-ups always item dependent isn't easy on us. It seems that she relies more on her items in EX then CS, which isn't really a good thing. You got extend yet? Noel's head doesn't deserve to be animated. I also gave her a hair cut =P

Looking at some jbbs tier lists. Platinum is still C tier apparently. The fact that no one plays her (Shoutouts to Shiromadoushi) and that she gets outcasted.... I'm not sure if it's a good thing that we play such a obscure character. I think Plat as more of a "Easy to learn, hard to master" character.

Is it really that character specific? Not any general tips you can give me? I am trying it on Ragna, atm.

Ermm, Why can't I connect j8D~A > 623D sometimes? The chain doesn't give enough stun and the opponent techs too fast. I think it has something to do with hieght, idk. How do I resolve this? Sorry if this as been asked before.

Ok, I have no idea about this match-up. I'm just sitting there eating pressure intill he does a special (I'm not sure which ones) and cancels into wolf so that I can mash 5A and CH out of it. He seems to be able to get in rediclously easy and playing footies with him suck. Usually he will sdj up into the air and transform into wolf and come in fast (with C, idk). People say use 2C, use 2C, however the wolf just goes straight through it. I think this is more of a general problem with Valkenhayn not the match up itself though.

Yeah, that's the problem. I just feel that every time Wolf or jC is approaching that my 2C would instantly lose So I end up jumping back fishing for jC counter hits.

I seem to have a hard time against Tao and Valk. Probably cuz' I have little experience.

Errm, sometimes I whiff jC Falling at the end of combos and I'm not to sure why. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
