Super Mods / Admins etc need to seriously rethink how they actually moderate Dustloop. The lack of the new BB + GG isn't the only thing stagnating this place. But whatever. You're thinking way too hard about this man. Just play the game and it will come to you. Have fun, talk about Hakumen on the boards, hit up training mode etc. That is genuinely all there is to it.

Don't focus on the end result. Everyone loses. As long as you learn something from every match you play, you will lose less and less. A loss doesn't change you or who you are. It's an irrelevant number on the internet.

Injustice has Online Training mode, and it did it really well. It allows for direct teaching. You can find someone better than you, and they can directly teach you the character in real time. It's absolutely invaluable.

As a response to the OP: Let people like what they want to like. Nobody really cares. Yeah, Marvel is stupid, broken and ridiculous. But you ask why no people come to BB/GG? In America, nobody represents those games and makes it to tournaments. That's a HUGE factor. Anime community needs to step it up.
