I can play everyone in the cast to a mediocre standard (Some far better than others) aside from Carl. I've got to at least challenge 6 with everyone, bar a couple. And in all honesty unless you want an encyclopedic knowledge of Blazblue it just isn't worth it. Sure you get your monies worth with hundreds of hours more playtime learning someone new, That's all fun, But in order to get better at the game I believe you need to have a main, and some subs. Find friends who play characters you dont see too often and learn the matchups that way. I'm horribly mediocre at this game because I spend time playing everyone, Instead of focusing on one. Watching JP videos and practicing Combos on Dustloop seems to be the method of choice for many people, Works for me now i've settled with Mu, Platinum and possibly Lambda. Although. You can do what you want. It's your game. And yes, Sticks make the game easier and you drop less combos. (Takes weeks to "Get to grips" with) hah.

Agreed. Although I have a habit of focusing on having my steins set in intricate places. If anything its OCD. If I don't have a 6D and 4D out from Midscreen I feel awkward. So on a CH j.2C im like "Lol moar steins" Kinda' silly.

Considering CS2+ is most likely a Year away, I imagine well over half of the information in a relative CS2 Tutorial would carry over into CS2+ and if anything I imagine for some characters, all the knowledge would be useful. Characters such as Noel however (Possibly Jin) are being changed a hell of a lot, And whilst it would be stupidly unfair to leave them out, id say almost no information would be relevant to them in CS2+ Especially Noel.

Online does indeed give you bad habits during Lag. In my years experience, I know. Use Atomic Collider as an Anti Air. Believe Tager is S Tier DP on wakeup with no RC but then again im all about the fun and games you can have on BB.

Some combo's build enough meter for the Raw Damage super, But I tend to just hoard my meter, I can do enough damage without it, and save my ass if I decide some High Risk / High reward setup. It's called meter management, but I wouldn't bother looking into it if I were you, not many people know about it and I dont think you would understand to be honest.

And I have some property over on the Lambda boards, and Solarmisae on these boards. We got this.

Platinums Heat (For me, and dare I say the majority of the people here) is reserved for the Odd Miracle Jeanne, RC's and CA's. Just use a CA if you can't IB / Bat it. Best use for Heat in most situations IMO.

I don't play at the Level where Frames matter that much. But anything below a 3 online makes me pretty angry. Especially against Noel where Frames during Chain Revolver dont mean shit. Played offline once and loved it, but the FG Scenes in the UK are miniscule.

Before this sinks into a Netplay vs Offline argument. As long as you keep playing people, You will get better, Simple as that. You will learn everything you need to know about Mu by doing the following (Applies to any character) 1) Play them. A lot. Against Everyone 2) watch JP Videos (Especially Kei and Sakuma) 3) Lurk Mu Boards and post Q's and get A's 4) Win

Made my first Akane Combo on day one. Bitch is insane. 2A > 5B > 5C(2) > 623E > 623C > 22C > 22A = 6.4K - Only 1 Kotodama if you use 22A and omit any Oki. Almost so easy to confirm its not even a combo. Meterless and simple. Not optimal, but it's day 1. For me this is god tier atm.

If I can ask You have landed Mami in the corner. What combo do you personally use? I'm just wondering which is the most Popular / Effective.
