Moar Mu people <3 I played some Mu against Hakumen today and kept spamming 6D 2D all round and he didn't have a clue what to do. He bailed out eventually so I - 4IAD > j.5D > Land > 2D > 214D > Dead Hakumen. Moment's like that make me love Mu.

I won my first game with Rachel today. AND IT WAS WITH A BADEN BADEN LILLY SHIT WAS EPIC

I like Makoto's character the most, She is playful and a pretty solid troll. But people detest her even though she is about as strong as CS1 Ragna. Unlike CS1 Bang who did whatever the fuck he wanted. Tiers don't mean shit, A High level Tager could easily beat a Mediocre Hazama / Mu anyday, (Example: Kaqn's Ragna flooring Goro's Makoto in CS2, Kaqn lost in spectacular fashion, But it was by something like 1 Round) People take them too seriously and think if they are below A, They dont stand a chance. Heck, I main Mu, and Noel isn't a problem for me, I play against her strengths and keep her out, instead of running straight at her and complaining 2D is broken as fuck. Sorry for going off on a Tangent, But to condense it: Platinum hipsters want her to remain unique. People will flock to her if she becomes high Tier, They will lose from lack of skills and go back to Ragna / Noel / Tager (Hate me) All is well. Even more so with Mu, Niggas are confused as hell with Mu.

Amen to the above post. Platinum's distortions are great and all, but nowhere near as useful as some RC combos she can do. Shit leads to scary damage in the corner. Also, That feel when you start the game with shitty items.

Use it as a quick Punish and always confirm it with 5C. Then spam the hell out of it and expose yourself to the sea of salt.

The higher the Tier, the more people will Sub/main them, That's the said story, and if Platinum/Mu becomes S-Tier (Which is looking Kinda' likely) You'll be branded a tierwhore by the braindead masses. Regardless, I'm playing 2 Loli's and a Half Cybernetic / Murakumo God Killer. Get at me.

He is never easy to deal with. FRKZ is beyond horrific, but I only know 1 Bang that actually uses it effectively. Teleports are safe against a few of the cast, and usually surprise people, too.

So, So true. Switching between Mu and Platinum sucks. Against a Hakumen I ran away and spammed Bombs all game. Glorious S-Tier Mu Tactics dont go away.

Bang has Bumpers, Which IMO were made as a giant "Fuck you! ^_^" To zoners, Coupled with 2 Air dashes, Projectiles and Teleport. I despise fighting him with Mu, I usually have to play damn aggressive and pray for a 6C Fatal. If not I usually lose horribly.

Regardless of that, I find it difficult. I come from a Street Fighter background where I played nobody but Balrog/Boxer, I've always had trouble dealing with Rushdown characters.

I think Cancelling into 5C would almost negate losing the JC. Of course it's still going to make us all fuck up in a few games for a while, But I think overall, Going into 5C / 236A would be almost more beneficial.

It's still a very Strong AA. Coupled with the Buffs and whatnot, I'd hardly consider it a nerf when we have all these others options available now. ED: Just Read about Meaty 2C. It will hurt a bit. But not much.

Like I said. Mu boards are classy and fuck and don't get nerfs. The only question we need to know is: Can we move during 214D Delay? If so, Mu confirmed for S Tier. If not, Then she is still going to be damn strong.

How to Hold a Joystick 101: 1) Look at your left hand 2) Place it on the stick 3) Move it around and find what grip is the most comfortable, and the most versatile 4) Ta-Da! I'm not being patronizing, This is all it is. I can't Instant Air Dash facing Right, Nor can I DP facing left. I'm left handed IRL so It's all topsy turvy and it's hard to relearn. So im forever gimped there. It takes around a year anyway, your grip naturally changes without you noticing, All is well in a few months. Note: I sometimes rest my wrist on the Stick, but I find it easier (At the sacrifice of comfort) to lift it up and really force the stick in the direction I want, Not too hard, but Yknow? It's it's Sanwa or something im sure it can cope. Another Note: This info may be pointless. But it's been lingering in my head.

She's unique and I love that, But with characters such as Mu and Rachel, Who do rely a lot on Zoning and Drive usage, I find it really hard fighting Characters such as Ragna and Bang, Who make my zoning look like crap. I can walk into a lobby and make people quit when I pick Hazama, But I just don't really enjoy that, I want to learn these unique characters and become awesome with them, but it's so discouraging getting salty because some Scrub Ragna/Noel player bodies me. Hmm, I think I'll go read up and watch some videos. It can be done, I'm not exactly patient. But I'm british, that instantly makes me able to overcome any obstacle. I'll stick with her for now.

I've been fooling around with Rachel for a while, and recently decided to really try and learn her. I've played everyone a ton and still have not found 2 characters that really interest me, I've got Mu, and hopefully Rachel, She's damn awesome, But pretty tricky. Respect for Rachel players. Seriously, I was watching Kuro Hane and I accidentally the whole PC

I move my whole Hand for every movement. I thought that was the whole point if having a stick, You have more control with your hand than fingers bro.
