There are multiple parts to an arcade stick, the part that determines the consoles you can use it for is the PCB (printed circuit board). There are a few PCBs that support PS2 as well as PS3, most notably the MC Cthulhu (available at lizardlick) While there are some arcade sticks that support PS2/3 out of the box (iirc the MC Cthulhu takes some assembly), they typically have poor parts, and some of the PCBs aren't desirable (the Mayflash arcade stick maps to analog stick, which isn't enabled by default).

I did a similar thing, except I got a PS2 stick and used an adapter for GC.

If we could find something to replace that broken competition map and apply it specifically for GGAC netplay, that might work better...

Ranbats are at GYGO, yes. Next Saturday is the next ranbat. The people at casuals don't really play MVC3 though (which aren't at GYGO btw), so you might be better off looking at the MI scene on SRK. Or meeting those guys in person next ranbats. If you're interested in Blazblue, check out the MI thread for when those happen.

RE: Name changes, I believe they stopped doing that a while ago. I remember one of the super mods signatures saying that they don't do name changes anymore.

When you have specific characters in only underwear. I hate having cool armor and then it getting blown up. ;_;

And not be lazy with armor break by removing the armor completely... Either make it break slightly as with the normal costumes, or just leave the armor on.
